Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Piers Baron. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Hi Piers, thanks for joining us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
They have all been meaningful, and I’ve worked pretty hard to only do things that really excite me; sadly, art and commerce dont mix well; both are awesome but fundamentally incompatible. I make music for myself, and if other people gel with it, that’s cool. My new album “Stringdaze,” is about to come out, Featuring 12 new tracks to be released as singles over the next 12 months; all songs are finished, mixed, and ready to go. 5 years in the making and quite the journey.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I’m a dude from the UK who moved to LA in his twenties with a guitar and some clothes, made some music, made more music, made some more after that, scored a few things, wrote with a few people, and enjoyed the sunshine.
Alright – so here’s a fun one. What do you think about NFTs?
Loved their first album.
Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
Dont overthink the creative process, dont force it, show up every day, be a student, know when to walk away from a song, don’t be too precious, and be yourself. Chameleons can’t survive in the cold.
