Hi Piera, thanks for joining us today. What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?
When considering the legacy I hope to build, I aim to be remembered for my commitment to kindness, integrity, and making a positive impact in the lives of others. I want to be remembered as someone who encouraged people to step outside their comfort zones, pursue their passions, and continually learn. My vision is for others to reflect on my life and say that I ignited a spark in them to challenge themselves and strive for their best selves. I believe that by fostering curiosity and resilience, we can create a ripple effect of positive change, helping individuals unlock their full potential and contribute meaningfully to the world around them.

As a passionate advocate for life and art, I find inspiration in everything around me—people, objects, and places. As a graphic designer, I’m dedicated to solving graphic challenges and teaching others how to enhance their businesses and events. My journey has involved significant discovery, learning, and hard work to reach where I am today. I often reflect on my growth and look forward to continuing my learning and creative endeavors. My goal is to share my knowledge and help others through my passion for design; it’s not just a job for me—it’s a calling to create and uplift those around me.

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
A key source of new clients for me is referrals from satisfied customers who appreciate my approach. I treat each client like family, prioritizing clear communication and actively listening to their ideas. My goal is to provide the best quality products at competitive prices, ensuring their satisfaction and happiness.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
I focus on building strong relationships with my clients through personalized communication and regular check-ins. I send handwritten notes and follow up after projects to gather feedback and show appreciation. I also offer exclusive promotions and early access to new products for loyal customers. By creating a welcoming environment and being responsive to their needs, I foster a sense of community that encourages clients to return and refer others. Ultimately, I strive to make every interaction meaningful, ensuring they feel valued and connected to my small business.
