Pia Isabel , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Already as a child I had regular psychic experiences, which did not frighten me. On the contrary, they showed me the power of the spirit and gave a kind of primordial confidence. I have always felt very connected to the subtle world. Even as a child I intuitively mastered lucid dreaming. My father’s profession, psychologist, fascinated me since I can remember. I was aware very early that I would do the same and read many books from his psychological collection.
Growing up between 2 cultures, Chilean and German, since my parents were from these two countries, I felt very uprooted at 14 after moving from Chile back to Germany. We moved very close to the Netherlands, where I came into contact with marijuana and magic mushrooms. My experience with them was very positive and through them I received confirmation that life is more multifaceted and multidimensional than our everyday perception would have us believe.
At the age of 16 I started meditating on the advice of my mother and got myself out of a depression within a few weeks.
In the same year I was discovered as a model, which allowed me to travel a lot, which I liked, because the German culture never suited me. I was too rebellious and freedom-loving for the Germans. For instance, I was thrown out of kindergarten for not being well-adjusted enough.
For 17 years I pursued modeling, continued to travel the world a lot to find my place in it, only to realize at some point that I could only find it within myself. I also noticed early on that success on the outside (like being photographed on magazine covers) didn’t make me happier.
At the age of 22, as result of a post traumatic stress syndrom (without eating and sleeping for 5 days) I experienced a profound awakening which let me in a state of connectedness and wholeness for a few months.
The 2 dominant sensations during this awakening period were love and compassion. I healed with my hands intuitively. I experienced the state of freedom from fear (the ego didn’t suck energy) and witnessed how it feels to be noticeably embedded in the universal laws.
This experience of complete trust, changed my life fundamentaly. I realised, that the main goal of my existence, was to share my experiences and support healing where people are deeply disconnected from their true nature.
During my psychology studies, I discovered MDMA in the electronic music scene and was able to independently heal deep-seated traumas and to use it for condlicts in my relationship. This impressed me very much and I knew that I would eventually also support people in this way.
In a deep meditation in nature, I received a forward-looking vision about my own retreat center in Europe.
This download had such a deep impact that I knew from then on what to do. I finished my studies with the business plan of the project as my thesis and then traveled to India to learn about holistic healing methods, visited ashrams, did trainings etc.
In 2014 I founded my first holistic retreat center called Chez Zen in the South of France and developed successful seminar concepts there. In Europe it was still impossible to work with psychedelics at that time, so I used silence, meditation, theta healing, tantra, breathwork, nondual coaching, trauma-sensitive bodywork, Human Design and Ayurveda to free people from their suffering.
At the same time as opening the seminar house, I had my daughter Coco Indira and raised her on my own. During these years I suffered 2 burn outs which I cured only with 5htp (serotonin supplier of natural origin) and spiritual exercises.
During the Corona Pandemic I decided to sell the retreatcentre in France and leave Europe so that my daughter would not have to grow up in a climate of fear and paranoia.
My path led me via Spain to Mexico, where I was able to live a free life near Tulum put together a team and founded Mexico-Retreats.com. I designed personal retreat concepts for singles or couples and led some group seminars. Since Mexico is a very liberal country regarding psychedelic substances, these were used for the first time for my -mainly american- clients.
I quickly noticed that the psychedelic sessions were the main success of the therapies.
Whether it is anxiety disorders, trauma, compulsions, depression, physical pain or pure search for meaning, psychedelics shorten and intensify the healing process by a multiple compared to conventional therapy methods.
A session of this kind lasts between 7-9 hours. A time commitment that is really worthwhile.
Contact is made with the hermetic laws that surround and determine us, but which very few people use consciously or surrender to them in devotion.
The inner healers come to the surface, so that the dependence on the coach is greatly reduced. Inner knowledge rises and deeply buried things show up so that they can be worked on or recognized.
The lightness of being is rediscovered or perceived in its fullness for the first time.
Unfulfilled desires of the soul come back into consciousness and the courage to pursue them becomes perceptible.
Things, facts or people that no longer serve you are unmasked. Questions and conflicts are answered.
Areas of the body that are holding on to emotions emerge, so that with the help of body therapy, work can be done on releasing them.
Fortunately, I met rather quickly the excellent body therapist Edan Harari (https://www.kineticbodytherapy.com/) in Tulum, who is based in New York and Miami and has made a name for himself in the scene of the rich and famous. His techniques far exceeded anything I had seen in Europe before in body therapy. We became a duo and have since combined his myofascial and osteopathy work with my psychedelic assisted therapy in 1:1 sessions.
The content of the coaching can be penetrated and internalized much better this way.
People who have gone through this process, report -without exception- positive developments in themselves and their everyday life.
The psychedelics reflect to us where we stand. How much ballast and burden we carry around with us. What is still dormant in our psyche and what beliefs we have been exposed to that we are now able to question.
I dare to say that a consciousness-expanding journey with psychedelics can be like a rebirth. With a “before” and “after”.
Studies prove that the retraumatization rate of psychedelic therapy is lower than that of all other conventional healing and therapy methods, including meditation. This is called the helioscope effect. A protective filter is inserted between the traumatic experience and the client’s perception.
One day med. Stefan Frädrich, founder of GREATOR (same concept as Mindvalley. Largest coaching training platform in Europe) and multiple bestselling author became aware of me and traveled to Mexico to offer me a collaboration with psychedelics. He is the one who is making psychedelics respectable again in the German speaking countries, after he published a book and dares to talk about it publicly.
We started working together in Mexico and Holland and are now lovers.
Together with 2 other pioneers, we founded Neo Retreats (www.neo-retreats.com) in the Netherlands and regularly organize psychedelic retreats where a legal version of LSD is used.
The molecular structure has been changed so that it no longer falls under the illegal class.
It is even legally available in online stores in Germany. (lsd-legal.de)
I am now working half of the year in the USA and Mexico and the other half in Europe (Mallorca as European residence).
The cooperation with Edan Harari still exists. The personal retreats near Tulum are implemented throughout by my team on site. We work there multitherapeutically and psychedelics are always just an option on top. Not a must.
In Germany I am one of the few people who speaks publicly about psychedelic therapy and especially educates the uninformed public.
I have already trained a team, since I can no longer personally implement all requests. My client base consists mainly of people in public life and top managers.
A second topic I deal with is to de-taboo sex and free love. In my opinion, man is not monogamous by nature and causes himself a lot of suffering by suppressing his inclinations. Sexual blockages due to social conditioning, psychedelic therapy is also able to break down.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
I had to realize that there are a lot of dogmatists in the spiritual scene who have completely distorted ideas of spirituality and almost fascist attacks on others who are not subject to the same practices and lifestyle as they are. In France, I also made my center available to other teachers and groups. Especially in the yoga scene I had to make unpleasant experiences on the assembly line. I was condemned and portrayed as unserious if I: smoked a cigarette, wore shorts that were too short, ate Nutella or an animal product. A lot of people in this scene suffer from strong anxiety and try to escape into these practices and suppress their fears through self-discipline. They practice spiritual bypassing, which is nothing else than using spirituality or esotericism to avoid looking at their own issues.
Therefore, I only work with teachers who come from the direction of nondualism. Their teachings are based on quantum physical and neurobiological evidence from the world of science as well as from the probably most important book “A Course in Miracles”.
As a young woman, I was amazed at how I was treated by seemingly awakened people just because I didn’t live their lifestyle and dress the way they did. I saw it as a test to stay true to myself and to choose my environment and customers better.
In the meantime, I no longer have problems with projections from outside, as they leave me cold. They can no longer resonate with me.
Everything is a question of the alignment of your mind.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
As a single mother with loans behind me that I had to take out to finance my projects, there were periods when I suffered severe existential angst. I lost the life-work balance and felt inadequate as a mother. Those years were the hardest of my life. No matter what I changed on the outside, my feelings did not improve and on the outside, too, one disaster followed another.
Whether it was problems with employees, the landlord, my daughter’s father, guests or the not very welcoming French… I felt increasingly overwhelmed to meet the many demands. I didn’t want to run the center alone at first, but when I got pregnant, two partners dropped out and I had no other choice, since I had already put my inheritance, which I had paid out early, and money from friends into the extensive renovation work.
After a few years of struggling, thanks to the book “A Course in Miracles” and knowing my Human Design, I realized that I needed to let go of outside goals and put my well-being and that of my daughter first. The more I let go, the more everything came back into a beautiful flow and I managed to completely let go of the attachment to success and possessions.
This was one of the biggest inner development tasks of my life and a lesson I will never forget.
During this time I was offered by investors to expand Chez Zen into a chain worldwide and I declined.
With this attitude, I was able to travel with confidence to a foreign country during the pandemic and rebuild myself from the ground up. Because I came to terms with the worst. That I will live on the beach without a house unless I get a foot on my feet in Mexico.
Thanks to this detachment and prioritization of my soul, I did not encounter a single resistance in Mexico. Everything developed splendidly from day 1 and I ran into the right people.
