We recently connected with Pia & Gitzy and have shared our conversation below.

Pia & Gitzy, appreciate you joining us today. How did you come up with the idea for your business?

Inspired Results Consulting was created from our desire to empower people to connect with abundant possibilities by thinking, feeling and behaving as their highest self. We believe that it is possible to realize your own power and potential, even if you currently feel stuck and have dealt with self-doubt in the past.

After going through our own personal development journeys, we came together in 2018 ready to show others what we had done for ourselves. We connected with the belief that we could help individuals forge a deep connection with themselves and discover profound clarity in their life’s purpose.

As sisters, we have incorporated our own unique experiences to create a holistic approach to helping people think bigger, develop self-mastery and go from where they are to where they want to be.

We didn’t know at the time of starting our company all the transformations we would see from our clients, but we had a vision of guiding individuals to look forward to a brighter future. We had seen too many friends and family feel defeated from life and get caught up in the rat race of hustling more to make life changes. Our main purpose throughout our coaching programs is to show others how to lead from the inside out, regardless of what is going on around them.

Pia & Gitzy , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?

We are Global Mindset Leadership Coaches, International Speakers, and CEOs of Inspired Results Consulting. Combined we utilize over 40 years of experience in leadership training, human and business development skills. Using our Inspired Results Method, in alignment with your company core values, we guide clients from self-doubt to self-mastery on all personal and professional levels.

We are grateful to work with Fortune 500 companies, top executives, corporate leadership teams and entrepreneurs to facilitate group coaching programs for high achievers who are ready to take their results to the next level. We have proudly led our clients to embrace and drive change within their organization and business, leading to millions in amplified profit, unstoppable mindsets and community-level impact.

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

When we started our business, we were both still working our corporate jobs. After months of trying to balance both, we realized that our dream to become full-time coaches would not happen to the level that we knew was possible if we continued to operate as if the company was an option. So, we had to pivot, make it a commitment to go all in and left our corporate careers at the same time! The ability to take risks and bet on ourselves has led us to accomplish business success that otherwise would have been difficult to accomplish. More importantly, we have been able to guide our clients through some of their scariest moments in pivoting because we’ve been there ourselves. Making a committed decision for your dreams is worth the risk!

How’d you meet your business partner?

As sisters, we grew up in Tulsa, Oklahoma and now live in the Omaha, Nebraska area. Before coming together and starting Inspired Results Consulting, we had spent over 15 years living in different states. As first-generation Americans from a single-income family, we saw our mom work hard to provide for us, but we didn’t truly know what it would take to start a business.

Previously, Gitzy focused her professional career in Business Development and Sales. She was born in Queens, New York and spent most of her adult life in the Midwest, living in a total of 10 different cities.

After overcoming living on “Auto Pilot” and learning how to move out of feeling stuck, she was ready to dedicate her life to guiding others to live a life of freedom.

I, Pia, had focused my career on academia as an instructor at the university level and in the corporate world as a Director of Education, which allowed me to use my degrees and passion for teaching, coaching and training. I was born in Lowell, Massachusetts and have always had a passion to connect with others, which has taken me on travels to six continents.

In 2018, when my good friend took her life, I became even more passionate helping others on their journey of creating a life they love.

Fortunately, the timing of wanting to fulfill our life’s purpose to guide others struck at the same time, and we decided to move closer to one another, live in the same state and start our company.
