We were lucky to catch up with Phyllis Hughes recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Phyllis thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to hear about a time you helped a customer really get an amazing result through their work with you.
I will never forget when I first started credit repair I had a billboard put up in my hometown city. A week later a 65 year old gentleman called because he seen it passing by. He wanted me to fix him and his wife’s credit because they wanted to buy a home. We sat down and went over a solid plan so they could achieve homeownership in 6 months. They followed the plan and became homeowners 3 days after my birthday in 2020. They told me that they never thought owning a home would be possible at their ages and credit challenges until they met me. I truly believe that I was put on this assignment let people know that bad things can happen to good people but there is hope to turn that around.

Phyllis, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Like most of us, we didn’t have the opportunity to learn financial literacy in high school. As most of us go off to college to rack up student loans and credit card debt we never was taught about credit or financial literacy. You don’t realize how imperative credit is until you need it for an apartment, cellphone, car insurance or other everyday essentials.
We began studying about credit, credit scores, and budgeting and within months our scores began to increase and we felt empowered and started fixing our families credit scores. At that point we knew it was a service that we could offer to others.
Our mission is to educate our community about financial literacy and credit education. We enjoy helping people fix their credit and save tons of money by paying lower interest rates and which in turn puts more money back in the consumer’s pockets.
We has helped clients remove late payments, student loans, judgments, bankruptcies, and collections in as little as 60 days. You will find that our company is experienced, compassionate, honest, and passionate about helping others. Last but certainly not least we fight vigorously to leverage the consumer laws on your behalf.

Can you tell us about what’s worked well for you in terms of growing your clientele?
We grow our clientele from educating clients on Facebook and Instagram. We also build rapport with realtors and mortgage loan officers to help them save a deal that would have otherwise been denied due to the customer’s credit profile.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
We keep in touch with our clients by sending out weekly credit tips, educational material about credit and budgeting. We also meet once a month to answer any questions or concerns and discuss the prior month’s results from the disputing process.
