Hi Phoenix, thanks for joining us today. Parents play a huge role in our development as youngsters and sometimes that impact follows us into adulthood and into our lives and careers. Looking back, what’s something you think you parents did right?

I really appreciate that my parents kept a clean and cozy home for me, and brought me into nature when I was a kid. We had a patio with a good mountain view, and my dad set up some swings for me to enjoy sunshines and stary nights there. They also took me to fish in rivers and lakes, where I had chances to explore interesting routes with birds singing.

They also took my little creative projects seriously, answering my request of supports and helping me refine details and techniques. We had finished some photo frames, photo shoots, decoration ideas and wire artworks. In some weekends, My mom would take me to art exhibitions, and explained the works for me. I had a great childhood with my parents, enjoying the beauty of life, and following our heart of creativities.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

My fashion and lifestyle brand, Noir by Phoenix, has two main product line: high-quality essential oil perfumes with natural crystals, and simply elegant womenswear collections.

We are aiming to create a claiming and elegant image of how a mind-body balanced life can be, providing the Utopia for those who are seeking for their inner peace as long as stylish and comfy dress-up solutions. To give a nice finishing to the brand, we include some European and Japanese vintage accessories selections into our DNA, to fulfill a timeless personal style.

Encouraging our customers to feel deeply within themselves, reaching their mental health goals with our soothing balminess and textures, we are here to create wonderful things as daily selfceare supplements.

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?

The first impression we give is an exquisite and elegant showroom powering up by flower arrangements either online or physical pop-ups. We focus on cleanse and freshness when it comes to our brand image, while staying in a reasonable price range corresponding to our qualities.

Second stage in order to make a happy sale, is a friendly introduction to products and recommendations standing in our clients’ shoe. We create easy-to-read sizing and notes guides, and easy-to-try small perfume samples for customers to find the products fitting them best.

After customers placing orders, fast deliveries and surprising unboxing experiences are the key to extend the excitements. We offer a gifting packaging option with sequins and dried flowers, and we can also do a eco-friendly packaging using less plastic warps. After-sale services for size exchanges and repairing are also ready on side. To increase the number of returning customers, we provide some matching pieces advices and seasonal items in limited gift boxes.

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?

To keep a complete customer profile, we record not only their orders, feedbacks and birthdays, but also the little gifts we sent to them, so that they will not receive duplicated ones. To match new pieces with items from past seasons is another way we stay in touch with clients, since we hope to provide a lasting styles and help them keep wearing the classic items from us.

We are now working on building a list of our VIPs and will send some special items that are not for sale as greetings for some meaningful days, such as women’s day and new year’s eve. Sometimes we will raise a question on our social media asking what’s on their wishlist, and then we can have some guidelines to develop new products.
