We were lucky to catch up with Phillip Smith recently and have shared our conversation below.

Alright, Phillip thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. We’d love to go back in time and hear the story of how you came up with the name of your brand?

At Triangle Power Wash, we were inspired by the triangle area that encompasses Raleigh, North Carolina, leading us to choose our company name. We believe in the power of community and the importance of maintaining a clean environment.
Our dedication to the Triangle area drives us to provide top-notch pressure washing services, aiming to enhance the beauty and sustainability of our community. We’re committed to making the Triangle and all surrounding areas a better place for everyone to live, work, and play,

Phillip, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

After spending twenty years in the medical construction business as a superintendent and then a project manager in Miami, fl. It was time for a change and North Carolina was the perfect place. Once settled in I noticed there was a need for these types of exterior cleaning services as pollen will always fall and algae will continue to grow on the exterior surfaces of residences and commercial buildings and I wanted to make a difference. We pride ourselves on offering a comprehensive range of services tailored to both commercial and residential clients. We offer house soft wash, driveway cleaning, fence and deck cleaning, roof wash, gutter cleaning, and outdoor furniture and structure cleaning.
We also cater to commercial establishments; dumpster cleaning, building washes, grease and oil clean up, clay removal, restaurant floor cleaning, new construction.
Our priority is not just completing a job, but ensuring our customers are delighted with the results. We go above and beyond to exceed expectations, paying meticulous attention to detail. We aim to build lasting relationships with our clients and understand that trust is the foundation of any successful partnership, and we work tirelessly to earn and maintain that trust. I believe that by consistently delivering exceptional results and prioritizing customer satisfaction, Triangle Power Wash can become the go-to choice for all of our clients’ pressure washing needs.

How’d you meet your business partner?

I’m fortunate to have my wife, Anely , as not only my business partner but also my greatest supporter. Her role within our company is pivotal, as she oversees our customer service department with passion and dedication. With her warm personality and genuine love for interacting with people, she thrives in her role, ensuring that every customer receives the attention and care they deserve. We met in Miami Florida and years later after visiting North Carolina and falling in love with the state we decided to make the move and we couldn’t be happier and prouder to be a part of this beautiful state.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

At Triangle Power Wash, we’ve built our reputation on the foundation of quality work and exceptional customer service. Over the past three years, we’ve been fortunate to receive numerous referrals and recommendations from satisfied clients. Word of mouth has become a significant source of business for us, a testament to the quality of our work and the level of service we provide. When a customer recommends us to their friends, family, or colleagues, it speaks volumes about the trust and confidence they have in our abilities.
