Peter, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today We’d love to hear about the best advice you’ve ever given to a client?

The best general advice I feel I can give to a client in Colorado is to invest as soon as possible. Our values are increasing at at a pace faster then most of the country and it is one of the best ways to fight inflation is to purchase a home or investment property. Right now it’s appropriate to say marry the house and date the rate because the values will likely continue to increase with interest rates declining in the future a client can buy now and refinance in the future saving themselves even more money down the road.

Peter, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I got into the business of Real Estate because I have always worked in service. I feel that serving people in Real Estate is the best way I can use my knowledge and skills to help people. I come from a family of educators and I believe that knowledge is power and if I can share the best information on current market rates and set my clients expectations correctly that they can make the best decision for them. I also work with a great group of local lenders who can help my clients obtain a mortgage or answer any questions. I also constantly educate myself on current contract knowledge and negotiation skills so that I can legally protect my clients as best as possible to mitigate current and future risks. My main thing my clients and potential future clients should know is that I truly love making Real Estate as stress-free and risk-free as possible and have the tools and knowledge to find them an excellent new home, sell their current property or lease their investment property.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

Serving people in Real Estate on the highest level being kind and making it an easy stress-free process has helped the most.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

My past clients, referrals from past clients, friends and people I have met along the way managing my rentals are always my favorite source of clients :)
