We were lucky to catch up with Peter Baez recently and have shared our conversation below.
Peter, appreciate you joining us today. Can you tell us about an important lesson you learned while working at a prior job?
My last job before to be come a non-profit owner was a one with deferent peoples from all around the word, culture and backgrounds. Certainly i learned the importance of treating everyone with fairness and respect; regardless of their past experience or background. This approach not only fosters a positive work environment but also allows for diverse exchange of ideas. I believe in learning from the unique perspectives of each team member, creating a collaborative and inclusive atmosphere that contributes to overall success.

Peter, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Im from Puerto Rico, its a small island in the Caribbean also a territory of the US. We move to Florida 10 years ago without thinking that in several years we would be homeless. After that process God direct us to what its the industry of the non-profits organizations. In the process we learn what the families go thru in this situations. After this situation we decide to create a food bank for the families and homeless. With this program we do our best to provide the best quality food and extra services and be that friendly hand in the process. This program opens twice a week and provide more than 500,000 meals per year plus others services.
Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?
One effective way to manage a team and maintain high morale is by fostering open communication. Encourage team members to share ideas, concerns, and feedback. Acknowledge and appreciate their contributions, creating a positive and collaborative atmosphere. Additionally, provide opportunities for professional growth and recognize achievements to boost morale. And the most important always put God first in everting in our personal life and the business.
Have any books or other resources had a big impact on you?
Yes, for me the best book to read, learn and follow instructions its the bible. In there we find all the elements and wisdom for a prosperous life in every sense, personally, business and most important spiritually.
