Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Pernille Stryker. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.
Pernille, appreciate you joining us today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
Fitness and personal development has changed my life and my mission is to create engaging content to spread these transformational tools with the world.

Pernille, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I grew up in a city in Denmark with a lot of dreams about what I want it for my life . However I had a lot of limiting beliefs and felt insecure and not capable of actually achieving these dreams. I was a dancer my entire life and after high school decided to move to Copenhagen to take a dance education there. In Copenhagen I met older dancers who had been to Los Angeles to take dance classes there and something about doing that sound it like a dream. I got a six month visa and in the instant that I landed in LAX I just knew that this was going to be my new home. When I showed up to the dance classes in Los Angeles I felt super insecure and would hide in the back. I started reading more self development books and really working on my self and slowly started to develop more confidence within. Once I after a few years decided that I wanted to get in better shape, that however is when I really saw a massive shift in my self belief and fulfillment in life. I realize that I truly was capable of anything that I set my mind to regardless of how challenging or impossible it may appear at first. Self development techniques and getting in shape has been so transformative to my interstate and life and that is what I want for every single human in this world who is willing to experience as well.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
When I first came to Los Angeles and I was trying to get a work visa every single lawyer told me that this was not possible for me with my current résumé, lack of experience, contacts in Los Angeles, together with not having an sponsor as well as job to make sure that I could make a living while living here. I found a way to be able to stay here for six more months on another tourist visa, without getting any of the previous express things but after trying to find a job abroad for six months I ended up landing a job in China which let me to build my résumé and when I came back to LA for another four months I’ve been managed to get my agency recommendation letters, booked a job and after years of hard work and prayers it worked out because I was not willing to give up when the lawyers told me no

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
My main priority has always been helping other people and I believe that when your intention is to help you will be attracting the right people towards your brand.
