We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Peachie Petite. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Peachie below.
Peachie , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Parents can play a significant role in affecting how our lives and careers turn out – and so we think it’s important to look back and have conversations about what our parents did that affected us positive (or negatively) so that we can learn from the billions of experiences in each generation. What’s something you feel your parents did right that impacted you positively.
One thing I believe my mom did right was letting me be me, as opposed to pushing me into sports or other extracurricular activities she let me be creative and always supported any art I wanted to work on wether that was my cosplay or drawing she was always very supportive of me and I will always be thankful to her for that.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My names Allyson but most know me by peachie petite on social media networks, I am an all around Creative individual specialized in cosplay modeling, creating art and merch, as well as streaming on twitch. Something I believe that sets me apart from others is my flexibility being able to tie all these hobbies into each other and profit from all.
I ve never been the kind of person that’s able to focus on one thing at a time so being able to tie all these creative outlets into one is something that brings much joy and vibrancy to my life, I absolutely love being able to do what I am.
Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?
Truthfully it’s all about networking meeting new people and getting yourself out there. I tend to be an all around shy person but this is something I have done to realize is a HUGE part of growth and chances are these other creatives are likely just as shy as you are too!
So don’t be scared of making new friends and business partners it’s so worth it in the long run!
What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
Referring back to the previous statement do not be shy, shyness is truly a growth killer. Be open be loud and be proud of what you create and put out there and others will appreciate it guaranteed.
