Pauline, appreciate you joining us today. What was your school or training experience like? Share an anecdote or two that you feel illustrate important aspects or the overall nature of your schooling/training experience.
I help clients achieve a healthy body weight and maintain it for life. The trick is to stay in love with what is the way of life so you never fall out of love.
I write to motivate and inspire, leading the way practicing what I preach.
Why be lean when I can be a bit lazy and lean?
All my life I pushed myself hard
It was the way to achieve my goals
Not one part of me would’ve done it differently
All the lessons needed struggle
to become all I ever wanted
I always considered myself lazy
I just work hard only for what I truly want
Now I’m living the dream
And my body is my beloved home
Not a tent but a temple
Now I don’t want to train ‘hard’
I train to feel light and strong
My motivation has shifted
My walks, my recovery workouts,
My meals, my stretching
These things make me feel alive
what I used to frown upon
Things ‘too easy to be of worth’
Now I love these desires the most
I love that I LOVE to train for fun
I love that I train to excite my mind
I love that my training is my release
Of stress and frustration
Not the cause of it
I give myself the blessing to ‘feel’
and not force myself to show good character
because the training was my way of self sabotage
It let me off the hook from dietary discipline
It never worked in my favor
How thankful and relieved of that insight I am
I want you all to know
that there’s a time and a chapter for it all
My time now is to enjoy my harvest
That I worked so hard to master my mind
Now I am here here mastering my body
And all I do comes from the heart
I love to wake up lean
I love to wake up to a new day of eating big and healthy
And I absolutely want to repeat this life dream come true

Putting training and knowledge aside, what else do you think really matters in terms of succeeding in your field?
In order to succeed in working with human nature in fat loss and healthy eating, I highly recommend practicing meditation and to have the policy of never forgetting the struggle and lack of self-belief most people suffer from.
Without tolerance to ignorance and inexperience from individuals who are invested in short term quick fix solutions that prevent sustainable positive health improvements, nobody can last to be ‘the voice to trust’.
It takes tons of insight and compassion for humanity to have the heart and passion to help, support, motivate.
In the industry of fat loss and weight loss, it has collectively become a utopia to be happy and healthy.
People have fallen into believing patience is not a virtue, hard work is a waste, only weight loss drugs are worth the trash can body life…
This is the uphill battle up the stream I swim to educate the reality of nutrition and satiety.
I educate the ones willing to listen to the paradise life on earth you can live if you change your perception of what’s truly to desire and what is but a day dream.
I take Diet prisoners out of prison, I lead them to Diet Nirvana, and this is all in this life, there is no ‘After diet life’ worth waiting or praying for.
The fit healthy happy body life is here for those who feel there is bliss to win when you want to notice and appreciate what you can’t buy, only build to last.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
I am known for my authenticity and transparency. I stand on the polar side of the rest of diet coaches and nutrition ‘experts’.
I teach my warriors in training to never want another coach, never need to ‘go on another diet’.
I raise my clients up, I make them question what they’ve been told and conditioned.
I work with mind and body, to build and master the mind to master the body.
This is a forever practice in fitness life, my secret I teach is to love ‘never being finished’.
Nothing serves a human being better than learning how to self-seduce into submission, take the leap of faith off the fitness cliff of life and believe your wings will carry you.
Only when you dare to face your fears will you find peace.
