Paul, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?
Here at MVA we place a strong emphasis on customer satisfaction and providing quality products with practical solutions. Our mission revolves around serving our customers’ needs, helping them achieve their business goals, and fostering their growth. Unlike some other companies that primarily focus on sales and profit, we prioritize understanding and addressing our customer needs. It’s what ultimately drives us each and everyday.
The statement “It truly is more blessed to give than to receive” resonates loudly with us. In business, just like in life, relationships are key and helping others rather than yourself have proven to be more rewarding in long run.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I grew up in Australia and ventured into fashion while studying abroad in Canada. A series of events led me to a design role in Las Vegas for two years. There, I co-founded STAND International, gaining popularity among surfers and the music scene. After my contract, I returned to Australia, studied fashion for two years, and launched STAND. Over 13 years, it gained national and international recognition, but market crashes forced its closure in 2013. This led me to teaching fashion and graphics. In 2016, I moved to the US and in 2018, started MVA Design & Supply from observing a notable gap in quality customer service within the production industry.
We’re dedicated to providing outstanding customer service to our partner brands and clients. Our offerings encompass creating unique graphic designs, handling technical graphics, managing end-to-end production locally and globally, and offering insightful market trend analysis and scalability guidance.
My greatest source of pride comes from receiving success stories from our clients, as we recognize our integral role in their growth. Every new client or brand, regardless of their size, receives the same level of service from us. Our commitment centers around fostering success and witnessing others thrive.

What’s worked well for you in terms of a source for new clients?
The most effective way to onboard new clients is through existing clients. Word of mouth is not only cost-effective but also incredibly powerful. By delivering exceptional customer service, prioritizing their needs, and going the extra mile to ensure their success, your clients will naturally become advocates. Rather than directly asking them to spread the word, stay focused on the daily tasks that enhance their businesses, allowing your reputation to organically grow.
