Patrina, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Taking care of customers isn’t just good business – it is often one of the main reasons folks went into business in the first place. So, we’d love to get a conversation going around how to best help clients feel appreciated – maybe you can share something you’ve done or seen someone do that’s been really effective at helping a customer feel valued?

Gratitude is a primary driver in life and in Patrina’s business. Her innate ability to make clients feel seen, heard, supported, and appreciated is what makes her stand out in the marketplace. These are basic human needs and people are attracted to her because of the energy and warmth she emits. .

Patrina truly believes that anything that is calendared and/or systemized gets done so she has a system for sending thank you/birthday/holiday cards and gifts but she also creates sacred spaces to bring together members of her community for acknowledgement and celebration of their successes.

Patrina is selective with who she works with, they become apart of her inner circle. She is a raving fan of her clients and in turn her ideal clients love, appreciate , and scream from the mountain tops about their experience with her.

Patrina Wisdom is a Best-Selling Author, TEDX speaker, international retreat host, financial expert, podcaster and Chief Visionary of the Bodacious Life Movement.

Her mission in life and with her Badass Bodacious Life Movement is to LEAD, INSPIRE, and EMPOWER Individuals to Stand in Their Personal Power and Create their Best Life!

After losing her husband of 20 years to suicide in 2009 and learning that she was pregnant with her fourth child the same day, Patrina Wisdom took her personal story and decades of experience as an entrepreneur and business leader, and began the process of creating her Badass Bodacious Life.

To live a Bodacious Life means to own your truth and to take up space through total and unapologetic self-expression. This is accomplished through a feminine model of leadership that integrates ALL parts of yourself into the way you navigate your personal and professional relationships, career, and your style of parenting.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

Resilience is Patrina’s middle name. She has not only recreated her life after her husbands suicide in 2009 and finding out that she was pregnant with her 4th child, she has also been a full-time entrepreneur and single mother to four children throughout the journey of building her empire.

Patrina does not believe in excuses. Only reasons for why she must find a way to keep moving forward with her mission. Know matter what is thrown at her, she gracefully moves through adversity while maintaining her joy and radiance.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?

My internal conversation growing up had me believing that you have to work hard for money and that you have to earn love. I later learned that this is not only complete bullshit, but the two belief systems were directly related to my former inability to create wealth and abundance. The belief that I have to work hard for money and earn love had me stuck in the role of “strong black women” and in a cycle of fear, scarcity, and struggle for a good portion of my life. It wasn’t until I identified these negative beliefs, made a decision to rewrite the bullshit stories, and began making new choices around how I went about creating wealth that money began flowing to me freely, easily, consistently, and in abundance. Now I use the lessons and tools I’ve learned about the mental, spiritual, and physical creation of wealth to help other women break their cycles of fear, struggle, and scarcity so they too can live an abundant life.
