We recently connected with Patrick Mowery-Hall (T.U.Savant) and have shared our conversation below.
Patrick , thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. Are you happier as a creative? Do you sometimes think about what it would be like to just have a regular job? Can you talk to us about how you think through these emotions?
I had multiple regular jobs that’s not for me doing what I love touching stages and crafting full corse meals for people to enjoy to the fullest Is my albums just like a top of the line steak you gonna get hi class every time with my bars I make sure my music is very addictive to my fans that’s why it’s hiphop with a twist I was not put in this world to be a worker I was put in this word to be s creator.
Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
I started make hiphop music at the age of 13 when my dad gifted me for my birthday with a beat machine and take recorder my hiphop lyrics are about my life and my childhood when I lived in the system that full album about my life in the system is in the works it’s gonna be an awesome album when it’s complete I’m show people what it’s like living in a care with a disability how your looked and treated inside those walls and that life but now you can check out special needs the Deluxe Edition that’s my current album that is out and my single not incorrect witch I just put our recently I am very proud of my self being to flip my miner retardation to a genius left with my word play and bars that a big challenge it self and plus opening my own merch line I bealive I stand out to bring a major change to the hiphop culture.
Are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?
Manifesting is a huge thing for me going into a full delusional mind state if I would of new this sooner I bealive I would of been mega huge by now I just close my eyes and see the pictures clear that’s it.
What do you think is the goal or mission that drives your creative journey?
Going double platinum with my album special needs the deluxe edition is my first goal my second goal is a world wide tour for my album special needs the deluxe edition my third goal is going triple platinum or diamond for the album after special needs the deluxe edition and winning mutable mtv moon man’s Grammys trophy’s be the first white rapper to win a bet hiphop award unless there’s one I don’t know about who won one already and be inducted into the rock an roll hall of fame.
