So, I did what any powerhouse woman with a dream and a deadline would do. I strategized. First, I looked at my own financial situation. I was managing multimillion-dollar contracts, leading complex programs, and checking off all the boxes that defined a “successful” career. But deep down, something wasn’t sitting right. I was crushing it, yes, but I wasn’t fulfilled. I wasn’t doing work that truly aligned with my passion, my purpose, or the impact I knew I was destined to make.

The real tipping point came during a major project that consumed every ounce of my time and energy. I was working ridiculous hours, solving problems that, quite frankly, didn’t feed my soul. One day, after yet another 14-hour workday, I had a moment of clarity. I realized I was pouring all my talents and energy into someone else’s dream while my own dreams were gathering dust.

That’s when I knew it was time to pivot. I had to take all that expertise, all those years of experience, and redirect them into something that truly mattered to me.
