We were lucky to catch up with Patrena Miller recently and have shared our conversation below.
Patrena, thanks for joining us, excited to have you contributing your stories and insights. We’d love to hear the story of how you went from this being just an idea to making it into something real.
The scales tilt in my world and very seldom do they even out. I create a lot of things and it really depends on which area you speak of. From an artistic point of view – when I say I want to do something, I do just that. It is my creativity and sometimes there is a plan and majority of the time, I have no plan. I put it into place and work it out. From the aromatherapist point of view – I look at KWAP (knowledge, wellness, aid, prevention). This requires a lot of studying, reading, testing and knowing properties.
You may think but what about the obstacles? They will come. Every obstacle has a chapter for you to learn from; its like a book. Do what you know, study, expand, and if it needs correction it will reveal itself. Don’t procrastinate with the error(s), when it reveals itself, that is the time to get it done. There are somethings that just require more and the journey that makes it worth while because you find the mistakes and now you know how to correct them. Be ahead of the curve for mishaps instead of behind if you can.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
Scribble On Me has an online presence of social media, as well as utilizing the website; it is how people will keep in touch. We have markets days where I travel to locations and set up. Also, I provide candle workshops, where people can learn and build up their own candle. This is an opportunity for couples, friends, family, and groups to enjoy time together and build upon the one-on-one time. www.ScribbleOnMeCandles.com
