We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Pasqualé Domain a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Pasqualé thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What was it like going from idea to execution? Can you share some of the backstory and some of the major steps or milestones?
When I began creating it initially was writing that caught my attention.. Modeling commenced slightly after retuning to my hometown, preparing for my next move. Once I moved to Atlanta Georgia my acting began approximately 6 months after I arrived. Each experience propelled me further in the direction of which part of the industry I wanted to enter first. Initially music took the forefront until modeling took the limelight once arriving to Atlanta; acting took its place after a couple music video bookings.

Pasqualé , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
What I feel sets me apart from other creatives and business individuals is my ambitious drive, especially when it comes to creating new ideas. Making myself the muse for photography as well as the author when song writing keeps me vigilant with different avenues of producing. I am mostly proud of my resilience when it comes to setbacks and changes in plans; during the commencement of my creative journey I was my biggest critic, but to a level that was damaging to my passion. I have since rectified this issue through prayer and practice, and plan to continue to elevate and reinvent myself when need be.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
During my acting experience in Atlanta I entered a dry spell where I was going months without any bookings that I fit the part for. This of course discouraged me on a surf race level initially; I felt if I gained a substantial amount of mass I may be able to secure better roles that had a recurring factor. Through doing this I realized I could also occupy myself with other passions such as photoshoots and writing new songs. Doing this allowed me to have some relief from the pressure to remain on a movie set. Ultimately I was able to begin a new musical project I plan to release later this year, and also get a few new publications from the photoshoots I shot during this dry spell from set production. I learned to not put all my eggs in one basket when I consider myself to be a Jack of Many Trades.

We often hear about learning lessons – but just as important is unlearning lessons. Have you ever had to unlearn a lesson?
When I came down to runway modeling Louisiana wanted to emulate a more New York style fashion show experience ; with this I was taught to be fairly stoic on the catwalk, compared to when I move to Atlanta where flare was more of a center point for fashion shows.
