We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Pascale Rothman. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Pascale below.
Alright, Pascale thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
When I moved to San Diego, I was at a pivotal moment in my life. I didn’t have family nearby and realized how much I needed to rely on myself—not just emotionally, but to shape the healthier, more balanced lifestyle I wanted. This shift wasn’t just about living longer; it was about living better. I began to focus on healthspan over lifespan, valuing the quality of the years we have and the precious time we spend with those we love.
In this journey, I saw opportunities to approach wellness differently. While there are many great products out there, I felt from a consumer’s perspective that I could create something that didn’t cut corners—offering transparency, premium ingredients, and flavors people could genuinely enjoy. This became the foundation for More.Longevity & Wellbeing. It’s not just a brand to me—it’s a reflection of my journey and my commitment to making wellness accessible and enjoyable for others.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
My name is Pascale Rothman, and I am the founder of More.Longevity & Wellbeing, a brand rooted in the belief that wellness should be both intentional and enjoyable. I created More with the goal of offering products that combine premium ingredients, functional adaptogens, essential vitamins, and innovative flavors like Salted Caramel Vanilla and Coconut Banana.
More is not just a product line—it’s a thoughtful approach to living a balanced lifestyle, focusing on healthspan, self-reliance, and the joy of simple, meaningful rituals. From our versatile blends to our convenient capsules, each product is designed with synergy and bioavailability in mind, ensuring that the nutrients you need are easily absorbed and effectively utilized by your body.
What sets More apart is our unwavering commitment to quality and transparency. From sourcing premium ingredients to crafting blends and capsules free from fillers, unnecessary chemicals, and artificial sweeteners, we never cut corners. Our products are designed with a comprehensive approach, combining functional mushrooms, adaptogens, and vitamins to seamlessly fit into daily routines while supporting multiple aspects of wellness.
At its heart, More.Longevity & Wellbeing is about more than just products—it’s about fostering intention, connection, and balance. It’s not about quick fixes or fleeting trends; it’s about creating meaningful rituals that enrich our time and strengthen the bonds we share with others. I’m proud to have built a brand that resonates with those who value authenticity, purpose, and intentional living.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?
Managing a team starts with a clear vision and a shared sense of purpose. At More.Longevity & Wellbeing, I make sure my team understands that our work isn’t just about products—it’s about creating something that genuinely improves people’s lives. I believe in leading by example, communicating openly, and celebrating the small wins along the way.
Morale is built through connection, so I prioritize regular check-ins, encouraging feedback, and creating a supportive environment. A motivated team comes from feeling valued and aligned with the mission, and I ensure everyone knows the important role they play in bringing More’s vision to life.

We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
Moving to San Diego was one of the biggest leaps of faith I’ve ever taken. I didn’t know anyone in the city and was starting completely fresh. Adding to that challenge, I decided to build my business, More.Longevity & Wellbeing, close to my 50s—a time when many people might hesitate to take such bold risks.
Starting a business at this stage in life, with no built-in network in a new city, was not easy. There were moments of doubt and times when it felt overwhelming, but I leaned into resilience by focusing on my purpose. I knew I wanted to create something meaningful—something that reflected my commitment to healthspan, self-reliance, and helping others live well.
The process taught me to rely on myself, trust my instincts, and embrace the idea that it’s never too late to follow your dreams. Building More.Longevity & Wellbeing became more than a business—it became a testament to what’s possible when we trust our strength, adapt to challenges, and keep moving forward.
