Pari, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What sort of legacy are you hoping to build. What do you think people will say about you after you are gone, what do you hope to be remembered for?

I aspire to leave behind a legacy of inspiration and positive impact. I want people to remember me as someone who spread love, encouraged others to believe in themselves, and demonstrated that anything is possible with determination and a focused mindset. Ultimately, I hope to be remembered as a catalyst for positive change and personal growth in the lives of those around me.

Hello, I’m Pari Jay, a multifaceted Variety Streamer, Content Creator, and business owner. My passion for art and film blossomed at a young age, paving the way for my diverse content creation journey. I specialize in Beauty, Travel vlogging and Gaming. I’m also honored to be a member of both the Twitch Black Guild and Big Creatxr. These amazing groups shine a light on creators in the community, and I’m extremely proud to be a part of them.

Additionally, I am the proud owner of several small businesses, most notably Diamond Luxe Hair, where I offer high-quality wigs and extentions. Most recently, I’m excited to be launching ebooks and courses through my other business, Boss Babe Emporium. This platform aims to empower women by teaching them how to become content creators or kickstart their own independent business journey. It’s a hub for anyone looking to learn viral digital marketing techniques to advance their businesses or sell digital products.

At Boss Babe Emporium, I will also be offering consultations for art commissions and custom designs to assist my clients in their personal content journey.

What sets me apart is my entrepreneurial spirit and hands-on approach to content creation. I’m a one-woman show, managing everything from conceptualization and direction to animation and editing. This unique blend of creativity and business acumen allows me to offer personalized and high-quality content and services to my audience.

I’m most proud of growing my vibrant online community (PJMAFIA) and carving a unique lane for myself in the digital space. My goal is to continue empowering others and making a meaningful impact throughout my journey.

We’d love to hear the story of how you turned a side-hustle into a something much bigger.

Yes, my side hustle has indeed evolved into my main/full-time business and career. I started my journey on YouTube back in 2009, and during my school years, I would create art for friends, teachers, and others, which helped grow my clientele. I was always known as the ‘art kid,’ and as I grew older, I continued to hone my skills.

I pursued my passion further by attending college and earning a Bachelor’s degree in Media Arts and Animation. Over the years, with the invaluable support of my wonderful mother, I transitioned from working two jobs to primarily working for myself.

Fast forward to today, I restarted my YouTube channel and began streaming on Twitch, where I found my new community. This, I would say, is my biggest milestone. Building this vibrant online community and expanding my reach through various platforms is allowing me to turn my side hustle into a successful full-time career.

Are there any books, videos, essays or other resources that have significantly impacted your management and entrepreneurial thinking and philosophy?

Absolutely! I would say Dr. Joe Dispenza’s videos on YouTube perfectly explain my philosophy. His teachings often focus on the idea that by changing our thoughts and beliefs, we can change our reality and achieve personal transformation. I suggest anyone that isn’t familiar with his work, take a deep dive into some of his theories.
