We were lucky to catch up with Pamela Bautista recently and have shared our conversation below.
Pamela , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?
First and foremost when you lead from a place of wholesness and authenticity you get to define what sucess looks like for you. In order to keep growing and evolving you must stay grounded in who you are and the why to what you do.
Here are 10 things that have kept me going and have enabled me to show up for myself and my business.
Belief-there is nothing more powerful than belief in yourself.
Self-Trust- this will enable you to push past your inner critic-comparison and the naysayers.
Gratitude- staying thankful for all that is, staying in a state of abundance. You grow, what you sow. If you are constantly focusing on the lack, lack you will have.
Self-Worth- believing to the deepest part of your core that you are worthy of great things. You are amazing for being YOU.
Honor the journey- you are on no one’s clock, your journey is yours and this is your time to evolve on your own terms and pace.
Resilience- Ups and downs are inevitable in life and in business but what matters is the ability to get back up and keep going,
Expectation- always knowing that things are working for you. You operate from a state of being held and expectant that great things are all around you.
Confidence- you have unique gifts and talents that can only be done by you and in your own unique way to serve your purpose in this world and those that are assigned to you.
Boundaries- honoring your time, space, and calling is huge. This is critical as a leader.
Healing and growth. You will continuously hear me say, the first person you are continuously leading is yourself. Leadership that is transformational starts within. You are always healing and growing in order to elevate to higher levels of yourself.

Pamela , love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
Before launching my coaching and consulting agency, I led clinical operations and business development in highly competitive cultures in both public and private sectors in the healthcare industry. In 2020, before I knew that the world would come to a halt, I resigned from my career to embark on the journey of entrepreneurship. It took such a leap of faith to step away from the security of it all especially as a single mom to three girls and sole provider, but I knew that I was being called to something bigger than myself. I had to press in and lead into this new season of my life, and I’m happy to say that I have not looked back. My business has transformed my life and I am forever grateful for that.
I am blessed that I now get to live out my calling to serve, lead and empower others to live out their purpose and lead courageously. I am the bridge and catalyst for dreamers and visionaries to step into their leadership as they start, grow and lead their businesses.
I use a holistic approach to leadership and business that enables people to live in freedom both in business and in life. I take my clients through a powerful 3 step process that enables them to build a solid business, all while empowering the leader within. This is truly rewarding and I’m just thankful that my whole life and experiences were preparing me for such a time as this.
I am excited to launch my new podcast in 2023, where the focus, will be bringing clarity, hope, and healing so that women all over the world can step into their leadership boldly and courageously. A true holistic approach to leadership, life, and business.
We’d love to hear a story of resilience from your journey.
As a young mom and professional that went through a divorce and many personal hardships enabled me to find resilience and faith in everything I did. It allowed me to grow self-trust and confidence, with a mindset that nothing is impossible and that has enabled me to find solutions even in the most difficult situations. These hardships catapulted me into a healing journey that has been crucial to the growth and transformation I see in my business and life today. It plays a big role in how I lead my business and mentor those that come into my world.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?
I had to unlearn that performance doesnt equal your value in this world. Leaving my career and the titles assigned to me have given me so much freedom to operate out of my unique design and embody who I was truly created to be.
