Hi Pailynn, thanks for joining us today. One of the most important things we can do as business owners is ensure that our customers feel appreciated. What’s something you’ve done or seen a business owner do to help a customer feel valued?

One of the best things I do to show appreciation to my customers, is to give back to them. I pour into those who pour into me. I have so much support for my natural haircare line, Pai’s Potions that I give away free hair products each month and also put money into their packages before I ship them out. My customers are extremely amazing and so understanding, I just have to show them how much they are so special to me. They play a huge role in how far I have came. From a purchase, like, comment, and share the little things goes a long way and I appreciate them all!

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

I am a serial entrepreneur and motivational coach who empowers and inspires others that they can do anything they put their minds to. We all have a story, but it’s up to you to change the narrative.

My thought process behind starting my own business was that I wanted to make an impact on people’s lives and I wanted to cure a problem. A lot of people suffer from hair loss; I did as well until I came up with my potions. I am grateful that I am able to grow someone’s hair back. In today’s generation, everyone is taking care of weave more than their natural hair and I decided to embrace my natural beauty and express that whether your hair is short or long, its still beautiful! My natural hair care brand, “Pai’s Potions”, was designed to express to individuals that wearing your natural hair is okay. Natural beauty is the best beauty of all.

I specialize in restoring natural hair. I have helped people who suffered from major hair loss grow their hair back. This makes me so proud that I can solve a problem with something I used to deal with. I am proud to make a change in people’s lives by giving them something back that they thought was gone forever.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Each day I wake up, it is a heavy message on my heart. One day I grabbed my phone out of bed and started recording positive messages. Those messages were meant for someone and I had to share it. Since then, I have gained thousands of followers who are encouraged by my daily motivational words. I made so many people who was about to give up, change their mind by just giving them words of encouragement. My followers are like family, we uplift each other! To someone who is trying to gain social media presence, stay original and relatable to others, and always be confident of who you are!

We’d really appreciate if you could talk to us about how you figured out the manufacturing process.

All of my hair products from Pai’s Potions, are naturally handmade by me and with love. I can say, it took me months to find the right natural ingredients, but it was worth it! I don’t like the idea of having someone else make something for me. A lot of hair products lately has been made with harsh chemicals, stripping, and brittling people’s hair and this is why I am know for the best products. No one will know your products like you do. If you have a product that you can make on your own, then do it you’ll be happy you did.
