We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Paige Baker a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Paige, thanks for joining us today. So let’s jump to your mission – what’s the backstory behind how you developed the mission that drives your brand?
The moment I stepped into the Real Estate Industry, I just had this feeling inside that my passion would be to work with Home Buyers. There are so many people out there that think that Homeownership is unobtainable for them and my mission is to show them how it can be done and the steps we can take to achieve it. Being able to educate others and give them the confidence to achieve their goals and dreams is such an incredible honor.
Paige, love having you share your insights with us. Before we ask you more questions, maybe you can take a moment to introduce yourself to our readers who might have missed our earlier conversations?
I have been a REALTOR® for over 5 years and it has been an absolutely incredible experience so far. I work alongside my Mother, Julie, and it has been very special being able to build our business together and being able to create memories that will last a lifetime. We are in a very unique and special circumstance and I feel so blessed for it.
We work with people anywhere from wanting to rent a home to purchasing Investment Properties. We love meeting with our clients and really figuring out their wants and needs and executing it for them in a fun and memorable way.
We have a plethora of resources within the Real Estate Industry, so when an obstacle ever gets in the way during a transaction, we know just who to call to get it resolved for our clients.
We cherish being the ultimate resource for our clients no matter what comes their way during our time together.
What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
What has helped build my reputation in the Real Estate Industry I think has been my authenticity. I always strive to keep it real for our clients and give them the same level of service I would want to receive. I think there is a certain persona people perceive of a Real Estate Agent and when they meet us, that is sometimes crushed and they instantly relax into the process and enjoy it a lot more.
People also know that we are extremely hard workers and never really take no for an answer when a problem or obstacle arises during a transaction. Our clients have such confidence in us to know that we’re going to fight for them and get the job done to our best ability.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of clients for us has always been Referrals which has been the biggest blessing and honor. Knowing that you either trust us from knowing us personally or had such a great experience with us that you refer someone you hold near and dear to your heart to us is something we cherish and never take lightly.
Giving our clients the best service possible is something we always strive to do. Purchasing or Selling a house could be the biggest and most important transaction and moment in someone’s life and it should always be treated as such. Being a part of a moment like that is indescribable and we are so blessed to have experienced so many of those moments.
