We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Pageant B. Atterberry a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Pageant B., thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Have you ever had an amazing boss? What did you learn from them? Maybe you can share a story that illustrates the kind of boss they were or maybe you can share your thoughts on what you think made them an awesome person to work for?

Life is always going to be the best boss you will experience. Life comes in many forms outside of breathe in your body; it comes in the form of lessons, obstacles, stress, highs and lows, disbelief, faith, and acceptance. When opening a business there will be a plethora of emotions and thoughts. There should be an understanding that entrepreneurship is not a path that many can not only handle, but do, successfully.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

PBA Training is a performing arts and sports school that contracts with school districts and offers services in its own stand alone building as well. PBA Companies offers contractual services to corporations for janitorial and traffic needs. Lastly, New Beginnings Child Care & Atterberry Academy has 4 locations that provides elite early childhood education. With the understanding that consistency, research, and persistence has a played a core role in the development of each company, there isn’t an exact differentiation between what I’ve done and what other intend to do; it’s a matter of doing versus not doing.

What’s been the best source of new clients for you?

becoming a vendor. Vendors are able to provides services through contracts.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?

Never being afraid to struggle. The resilience is expressed through persistence, and consistency.
