Oscar , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Day to day the world can seem like a tough place, but there’s also so much kindness in the world and we think talking about that kindness helps spread it and make the world a nicer, kinder place. Can you share a story of a time when someone did something really kind for you?
When I was younger, 17 years old. I was learning how to fit in this society and I was practicing a lot of kung fu. My master at that time asked me “Why are you doing this?” I replied: Because I want to learn how to defend myself, and he asked again “Why are you doing this?”, I paused a moment… replied “Because I want to be able to protect my family and improve myself” then he replied “That is the key, when you do something for someone else that is not you, you will find a purpose, that is bigger that your ego”. In 2024, Oscar founded a counseling business specializing in a system he created called the 6 Pillars to Scale a Business: Leadership, Marketing, Sales, Personnel, Operations, and Financial ;specifically designed to support Hispanic small businesses in the U.S. His mission is to help build stronger, more resilient businesses that create a positive impact in society.
In 2025, Oscar began expanding his professional journey into the business brokerage industry, an area he believes is in urgent need of modernization and greater impact. Recognizing the challenges many entrepreneurs face when buying or selling a business, Oscar is committed to offering a simple, transparent, and confidential strategy that puts people first while ensuring a smoother, more effective transition process.
Oscar Garcia is a seasoned Engineer in the automotive industry, passionate about continuous improvement, innovative solutions, and achieving excellence. Graduating from the University Polytechnic of Guanajuato in Mexico in 2017, Oscar has a rich background in process engineering, quality assurance, and customer representation in multiple countries, including Mexico, Japan, the U.S., Peru, and Belgium.
Throughout his career, Oscar has achieved significant milestones. In 2017, he earned a prestigious scholarship that allowed him to live and work in Japan. In 2018, while working in Mexico, he helped launch a new product line that generated $30,000 in monthly revenue. In 2021, he relocated to the United States, bringing his expertise to new challenges. In 2022, he took part in a corporate quality improvement workshop in Belgium that brought together experts from multiple global sites.
Oscar is driven by a deep passion for engineering excellence and a growing commitment to entrepreneurship. His focus is on helping others succeed ;whether by improving internal business systems or guiding them through one of the most important decisions of their careers: buying or selling a company.
