Hi Olivia, thanks for joining us today. Do you think folks should manage their own social media or hire a professional? What do you do?
My Background Before Real Estate was Marketing and Advertising where I also oversaw Social Media. Naturally I gravitate towards that because I truly love it. When I launched The Ocala Collective naturally you do everything as a new business owner. As I grew, I initially thought I wanted to hire a Social Media Coordinator. I quicky realized that I love managing my social media. Why? because its one of the ways I get to express who I really am aside from Real Estate. My Instagram is a good mixture of both personal and professional-related content. 40% of my business comes directly from Social Media so its important for me and my brand to showcase who Olivia really is. I know that if people know, like and trust me they will use me.

She is a big city girl thriving in the small town feel of Ocala! She moved to central Florida from the Miami area in 2015, where she worked for a well-known home builder in the area. She worked her way up from Lifestyle Director to top producing onsite Real Estate Agent in her first year. Her vast knowledge of the new home builders market gives her an edge unlike any other. She knows the questions to ask, the whys and why not, that many may not even think to ask. She became known in the industry as the “New Construction Guru. She loves taking her buyer’s step by step in the home buying process and always places her client’s interests over anything!
She joined Compass in March of 2022 where she launched The Ocala Collective! A team that is bold, fierce, and forward thinkers that negotiate fearlessly for her clients.

Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Its a combination of monthly touchpoints. From home anniversary cards, birthday cards, anniversaries…to a list of our top vendors in case they were planning on do any reno’s. To an annual party for our past clients to thank them for their trust with their homes.
