Olivia , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Let’s jump to the end – what do you want to be remembered for?

I hope to change some parts of the industry, to change the industry in Boston as well. I want to bring more attention to the talent we have here and not feeling like you need to move to New York or LA to be seen. That’s not always possible for people sometimes people with the most talent and usually are the ones who give up, I want to change that feeling for people and connect them to the right resources and people to help their dreams come true.

Olivia , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

My name is Olivia most people call me Liv! I am a Talent Manager in Boston, MA I have been in this industry most of my life but have decided to come to the other side of the industry as I got more into social media! I basically act as the middle man between talent and their connections and resources to help them better themselves and their careers! I believe what sets me apart from others is not following the typical industry standard ways, I like to create a family environment, I look it at more like a partnership rather than being a boss or them being my boss and I believe it changes the outlook on things and the environment in a positive way! How’d you meet your business partner?

I met my business partner through instagram and marketing my company! She sent me a message genuinely interested in learning more and we clicked instantly! I don’t know where I would be or my business would be without her! Having the extra mind and different strengths is really a plus!

Any insights you can share with us about how you built up your social media presence?

I believe building a presence on social media all comes with being yourself and being personable ! Even as a business page we never try to come off to businessy we want people to feel like and know we are humans behind the page and you can talk to us at anytime and ask questions! I think our company has a family feel to it and I believe it shows through our work and social media presents and that’s really what drives people to our page! We want everyone to feel welcome, heard and seen!
