We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Olivia Lawrence a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Olivia , looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Getting that first client is always an exciting milestone. Can you talk to us about how you got your first customer who wasn’t a friend, family, or acquaintance?

Feed your spirit and your spirit will lead you down several different paths that will feed your wallet.

Through curiosity I was guided into truly understanding the nature of what I now know to be my spiritual awakening.

My discovery of Tarot was a complete surprise to not only my family but myself as well. It was actually something I accidentally purchased in a zodiac birthday kit for myself.

I started studying it and learning about how to increase my worth through tarot! I became obsessed with it. It was really fun. It reminded me of being a kid! Something I could play, but also affected me and helped me manifest a completely new Life.

I kept practicing these techniques and posting online and someone reached out to me on Instagram and asked if I would do a session for her.

I wish I could tell you that I was so excited, but I wouldn’t be telling you the truth. I was afraid. Don’t do that. If you get afraid when opportunities come, take a deep breath and give yourself permission to have blessings.

I listened to a video by James Clear on identity and he said that real Change is not about results. It’s about identity change. Once I heard that I started implementing new identities into my mind daily.

So I decided to become a DECISIVE person. I listened to affirmations on YouTube. This was my magic formula that gave me the courage to do my 1st EVER tarot session. I told the woman that I would do it in exchange for a donation, she agreed then she paid me triple what I was even fearful to charge!

That was 5 years ago. The rest is history.
I’ve been helping hundreds and soon thousands of people to heal generational trauma, step into their power, and attract love. I discovered that my self-love journey could benefit others.

Now I spend my days sharing my healing experiences and assisting others on their path too. 🤎

Olivia , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

How do you know if you’re going in the right direction in your life? Quite simple You participate in things you enjoy doing, and you live in that world. START participating in the energy everyday. If you’re not experiencing happiness you’re not going to experience happiness. You are going to have to be intentional about yourself. I call this inner child healing. It’s you looking out for you.

I show people how to start asking the right questions.

How do I access happiness? What do I feel like when I have money? What do I feel like when I hold a baby? What do I feel like when I’m confident?

Questions are the gateway to the soul. You have all of the answers inside of you.

I help people realize that they’re already valuable. My job is to help you step into your power Permanently.
I now have a group coaching program, called The Queen Circle.

Currently, I have open enrollment. We need to level up and go beyond to create something that has never been seen before. When a Queen is awakened, she creates a world that she rules. A collective where we’re all stepping into our power together.

Learning and unlearning are both critical parts of growth – can you share a story of a time when you had to unlearn a lesson?

I had to unlearn that saying no is not a bad word! Growing up I was taught that disagreeing with someone or having confrontation was a scary thing to do. Children around me would get in trouble physically for having a difference in opinion so when it came to business, I wasn’t running my business with my authentic voice.

If your business doesn’t reflect your authenticity on a daily basis, you are not going to have the fulfillment to match the money. Start affirming that you’re a high value person.

How you feel about yourself on the inside is reflected on the outside. If you don’t like what you’re saying on the outside, don’t add more anger or resentment to it. Instead, I learned that what I had to say needed to be heard.

What else should we know about how you took your side hustle and scaled it up into what it is today?

My business was initially a side business. I was a live-in celebrity nanny in Los Angeles. On my week off I would take clients and save all of my money. I started a Kofi page and started taking donations before I ever officially charged people. I always encourage people to have other websites where people can donate to your business or support you even if you don’t have products yet. It’s so important to treat yourself like you have multiple strands of income by treating each social media platform or donation page as a funnel.

Once you create the space for something you allow the energy to come into that space.
