We were lucky to catch up with Olivia Aversa recently and have shared our conversation below.

From a young age, I’ve always been drawn to the power of storytelling and have had a passion for creativity. Once I graduated from the University of Toronto and started my first corporate job outside of my undergraduate studies, I always strived to find a way to marry my passion for business, my love for creativity, and my goal to help as many people along the way. Thus, my journey as a founder began.
At Alexandria Advertising, we provide a range of services, including Branding, Strategy, Naming and Conceptualization, Creative Direction, Website Design and Development, Social Media Management, Content Creation, Photography and Videography, and more.
Our specialty lies in creating brands that not only perform but truly resonate with people—brands that are built on authentic connections, clear values, and compelling narratives. We work with businesses across various industries, at any stage of their growth, to help them scale, create brand loyalty, and establish a presence that cuts through the noise.

What’s been the most effective strategy for growing your clientele?
The most effective strategy for growing our clientele has been a steadfast commitment to providing exceptional customer service at every stage of the process— even after the project is completed. I believe that the key to sustained growth is nurturing relationships with existing clients. The best clients are the ones you’ve already worked with, therefore, I make it a priority to follow up with them regularly. This ongoing communication helps foster trust and shows clients that I’m genuinely invested in their success.
I’ve found that when a client has a positive experience, it often leads to multiple referrals—one happy client can turn into three or four new opportunities. Word-of-mouth is a powerful tool, and the best way to earn referrals is by consistently putting my best foot forward and exceeding expectations. At the core of my approach is a belief that the success of my clients directly reflects my own, so I go the extra mile to ensure they feel supported, valued, and confident in our partnership.
Any thoughts, advice, or strategies you can share for fostering brand loyalty?
Keeping in touch with clients and fostering brand loyalty involves a blend of consistent communication and personalized service. Similar to how we prioritize start and target completion dates for a project, I always ensure to include monthly and quarterly check-ins and personalized touch base emails as part of our approach. At Alexandria, we strive to ensure all of our clients feel heard and valued at all times, even after a project has launched. By staying engaged and responsive, I demonstrate my commitment to their long-term success and reinforce the value of our partnership. This proactive approach helps nurture trust and loyalty, ensuring that clients feel confident in returning for future projects and recommending our services to others.
