We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Olga Evtereva. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Olga below.
Olga, appreciate you joining us today. To kick things off, we’d love to hear about things you or your brand do that diverge from the industry standard.
Our soap-making brand stands out in the industry due to our specialization in crafting beautiful soap bouquets and unique soap figurines. We pay special attention to design and details in our products, making them truly one-of-a-kind. Unlike standard soap items that are typically produced in simple shapes and packaging, our soap bouquets and figurines are not only functional but also serve as wonderful gifts and decorative pieces. We handcraft each figurine with care and attention to detail, giving our products a distinctive character and uniqueness. This sets us apart from standard soap manufacturers, and our customers appreciate our uniqueness. We infuse each creation with creativity and dedication.

Olga, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
My name is Olga Evtereva, and I was born in one of the greenest cities in Russia, Volzhsky, which is located on the banks of the Volga River. I spent my entire childhood and youth in Russia, where I earned a master’s degree in educational psychology. Soon after that, I met my love and got married.
In 2012, my husband and I made the decision to move to the United States, and that’s when our American Dream began 11 years ago. For the first five years in this country, we lived in New York and faced all the challenges of immigrant life. It wasn’t easy to start a new life in a foreign country where we didn’t know anyone and had no friends. Those were tough times for us, and all those trials and difficulties shaped our character. I’m glad we had to go through them. Also, while we were still in New York, our wonderful daughter Eva was born. She will soon be eight years old.
One day, we decided to go on vacation to Miami, and I fell in love with Florida. After that trip, we had a dream to move to this sunny state, and it came true! My husband decided to start looking for a job in the IT field, and six years ago, we moved to Odessa, Florida. I love this state, and now it’s our home.
I have always been a creative person and since school, I have enjoyed drawing, knitting, embroidering, etc. 3 years ago I accidentally saw beautiful soaps online, they were shaped as flowers, cakes, and unique figures. Things familiar to us can take on new forms. Such a seemingly ordinary household item as soap, in our reality, can be turned into an atypical and special, even a designer product. So I decided to try and experiment in this form of art. Making soap turned into my hobby, which I enjoy. I gave my first creations to friends and acquaintances, then my friends asked me to sell my soaps to them.
From that moment on, I decided to dive headfirst into this endeavor, study information, and experiment. However, I didn’t want to just make soap in the form of standard and familiar square pieces. There were plenty of those in stores and on social media. I wanted to create something unique that would delight and astonish people.
It took me about six months to grasp the most fundamental techniques and begin producing higher-quality work. There have been many challenging moments. You will have to learn a lot—techniques, colors, and details. As a perfectionist, it’s crucial to me that the soap is flawless. There are many nuances. From the outside, it might seem so simple: pour the soap, put it in a mold, and it comes out beautifully. However, you need to know a lot, and there’s still much to improve, and mistakes happen.
My passion for soap making has become an integral part of my life. I continuously learn new techniques and methods to make my creations even more high-quality and inspiring. The art of crafting soap bouquets and other unique items requires attention to detail, especially in the selection of colors, shapes, and textures.
Every new project is an opportunity for me to express my creative side and amaze clients with unique and beautiful gifts. I don’t just make soap; I create genuine works of art that can turn everyday moments into small celebrations.
With each new day, I deepen my knowledge, experiment with colors and shapes, and joyfully share the results of my creativity with those around me. This process brings me pleasure and inspiration, and I eagerly anticipate new creative challenges and projects.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most enjoyable aspect of my work as an artist in the world of soap making is the opportunity to transform everyday pieces of soap into true works of art. By crafting beautiful soap bouquets and unique soap figurines, I feel that I can infuse creativity and beauty into people’s daily routines. The moment when I see my customers’ amazement and joy at my creations brings me incredible pleasure. It inspires me to continue creating and makes my work especially enjoyable.

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
My goal is to create beautiful soap products and gifts that bring joy to people. I believe that even ordinary soap or a figurine can make someone’s day special. My mission is to help people express their feelings and show care through my gifts. I want my creations to make life brighter and happier. This is what inspires and motivates me in my work.
