We were lucky to catch up with Nyteisha Stith recently and have shared our conversation below.
Alright, Nyteisha thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. Can you share a customer success story with us?
One of my clients came to me during a particularly challenging time in her life. She was struggling with confidence and motivation, both personally and professionally. She knew she had potential but felt blocked by limiting beliefs and unresolved obstacles. Through our one-on-one life coaching sessions, we worked together to set clear, targeted goals and break down the barriers she was facing.
We tackled a different area of her life each week, from mindset and confidence to career aspirations. I provided support and insight, and we discussed new ways for her to approach her challenges. She particularly appreciated how I helped her see things from a fresh perspective and guided her to understand her own power.
Over time, she began to develop a stronger sense of self-worth and clarity about her future. One of the major breakthroughs happened when she finally found the courage to pursue a career change that aligned with her true passions. She also started setting healthier boundaries in her personal life, which further strengthened her confidence.
Her testimonial shared how significant our coaching relationship had become in her life, as I not only helped her achieve her goals but also empowered her to believe in her capabilities. She said the sessions were life-changing because they provided a space where she felt seen, heard, and fully supported. Her success story was one of transformation she went from feeling stuck to embracing her purpose with confidence and motivation.
This journey was meaningful because it was more than just achieving external goals; it was about helping her find herself again. That transformation, seeing her thrive and walk in her purpose, is what makes this work so powerful for me.
Self-discovery and faith tools are crucial in my coaching approach because they help clients connect deeply with themselves and their purpose. By integrating faith-based principles, I guide my clients to not only discover their potential but also align their journey with their spiritual beliefs. This combination allows them to develop a deeper sense of clarity, confidence, and motivation that is rooted in something greater than themselves. It’s through this process that they can embrace transformation and thrive, both personally and professionally.

Nyteisha, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I’m Nyteisha Nicole, a woman of faith, a dedicated social worker, life coach, and empowerment speaker, deeply committed to helping women rediscover themselves and build meaningful lives rooted in faith. My journey into this industry began from my own life experiences, where I navigated through emotional struggles, rejection, and healing. Over time, I realized that my calling was to empower others, especially women, to embrace self-love, reconnect with their faith, and step into their purpose.
I own Thrive Studios LLC, an empowerment studio that offers life coaching, mentorship, and faith-based workshops for women. My signature program, ‘Into the Bible she goes,’ blends biblical principles with practical tools to help women regain control over their lives, overcome obstacles, and focus on self-empowerment.
What sets me apart is my personal touch—I integrate faith, self-discovery, and emotional healing into my work. I believe in giving women back their choice, whether through spiritual guidance or practical empowerment. My programs are designed not only for women in supportive housing but also for high-achieving professionals who seek personal and spiritual growth.
I’m most proud of creating spaces where women feel seen, heard, and valued. My events like the ‘Fall in Love with Yourself Unwine’ and ‘Finding Her EmpowerHer Brunch’ give women the tools to reconnect with themselves and God in meaningful, transformative ways. I strive to build a community where women can grow together, find their voice, and build deep, faith-based relationships.
At the heart of everything I do is a mission to empower women to find emotional and spiritual healing, rediscover their true selves, and walk confidently in their faith. Whether through personal coaching, community events, or empowerment programs, I help women reclaim their lives and embrace their God-given potential.
Looking forward to launching our EmpowerHer Girl program in late January 2025, which focuses on the emotional and spiritual empowerment of girls aged 11 to 15. This program offers them faith-based teachings and self-discovery tools that will help them build confidence, self-awareness, and a strong foundation in their faith. Through this initiative, I aim to provide young girls with the skills they need to embrace their identity, navigate challenges, and grow in their relationship with God.

Can you tell us about a time you’ve had to pivot?
One of the most significant pivots in my life came when I decided to transition from solely being a social worker to expanding into life coaching and building my own business, Thrive Studios LLC. I had always been passionate about helping people, and my role as a social worker allowed me to serve the homeless population and women in crisis. However, I began to feel a strong pull toward empowering women on a deeper, more personal level, particularly through faith-based coaching and mentorship.
There was a pivotal moment when I realized that the work I was doing in social work while rewarding, didn’t fully encompass my calling. I wanted to create a space where women could not only address their physical needs but also work on emotional healing and spiritual growth. This desire birthed the idea for Thrive Studios LLC, a space where I could combine my professional skills with my faith, helping women reconnect with themselves, heal, and find empowerment in God.
Starting a business while maintaining my full-time role as a social worker was a challenge, but it was a necessary pivot. I also had to navigate the transition from serving women in crisis through social work to helping women from all walks of life, including high-achieving professionals seeking deeper spiritual connections. It was a leap of faith, but one that allowed me to reach more women, offering programs, soon to start a community membership, with sessions, faith-based mentorship, and empowerment workshops.
The decision to expand my work and create Thrive Studios wasn’t just a career pivot it was a life pivot. It required me to trust God in new ways, step out of my comfort zone, and take on the challenge of being both a business owner and a social worker. Looking back, it was one of the best decisions I’ve made. It allowed me to fully step into my purpose, combining my passion for social work with my calling to empower and uplift women through faith and self-discovery.

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?
A powerful lesson I had to unlearn was the belief that I had to carry the burdens of others to be of value or to help them. For much of my life, I believed that in order to be a good friend, mentor, or social worker, I needed to absorb the pain, struggles, and emotional weight of the people I served. I felt like being fully immersed in their challenges was the only way to show that I cared deeply for them.
This mindset stemmed from my early experiences, where I often took on the emotional baggage of those around me whether in personal relationships or professional roles. I thought that by carrying their burdens, I was offering the greatest level of support. But in reality, it was draining me emotionally, spiritually, and physically. Over time, I began to realize that I was losing pieces of myself by always being “all in” for everyone else. It became a pattern of neglecting my own needs and self-care, and I was feeling depleted.
The turning point came during my own healing journey, particularly when I embraced my self-discovery process and deepened my relationship with God. I learned that I could support and guide others without losing myself in the process. Through faith and self-reflection, I realized that being a helper didn’t mean sacrificing my well-being or taking on every emotional burden. I had to unlearn the belief that I was responsible for fixing or carrying others’ pain something only God can truly do. Instead, I learned to be a compassionate guide, creating a space for others to heal while also protecting my own emotional and spiritual health.
This shift not only transformed my personal life but also how I approach my work. I now set healthy boundaries with clients, mentees, and friends, allowing me to serve more effectively and sustainably. It also gave me the strength to model self-care and self-love for the women I coach and mentor, which is an essential part of my Thrive Studios LLC mission. Unlearning that old mindset was necessary for me to truly bloom and step into my purpose without being weighed down by others’ challenges.
