We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Nycole Jones a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.

Nycole, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Before we get into specifics, let’s talk about success more generally. What do you think it takes to be successful?

What I think it takes to be successful? One word ” COURAGE ” time after after your going be tested but when you have the courage to get out your own way and not let fear over take you courage steps in. I have found myself many of days doing the unthinkable making the best decision for my company and being ok with the outcome.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

As a professional hairstylist, I have been truly blessed. From being the lead hairstylist for designer brands, ad campaigns, and major television shows to donning the hair of top models during fashion week, my clients have ranged from the who’s who to who’s next, lol.

Regardless of who sits in my chair, my mission is to make sure that when I’m done styling someone’s hair, the result is healthy hair that feels and looks fabulous.

We sell on our website full E-commerce it has been the best decision for Yara Luxe we are able to reach people from all over the world. Keep track of sale’s and growth, the platform we use is Shopify easy to navigate. They set you up for greatness I believe you’re able to create your own website from templates or coding. Our customers love our website they feel it’s easy to navigate and purchase Yara Luxe Hair Perfume quickly.

Have you ever had to pivot?

So when Yara Luxe was created it was months before the pandemic. The bottles was not how I wanted it but people wanted the scent so bad so here we were pushing Yara Luxe. I had found out I was pregnant which was the happiest time of my life but things quickly turned where the doctors found out I had a fibroid tumor growing at a rapid pace with the baby.

The pandemic came rather quickly and my health and baby was in jeopardy while here we needed to push a brand in a uncertain world. I would spend six months on bed rest, I used my time for market research and staying as positive as possible here I was thinking we wanted Yara Luxe in the stores but things change and I had to learn e-commerce.

I was able to create better branding and learn e-commerce from there our sales went up we were able to sell more in other states than I could have imagined. I was able to give birth to a healthy little girl and get better rather quickly. I’m so happy Yara Luxe has been the biggest buzz as the must have hair perfume for 2022.
