We recently connected with Nrvnashwty and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Nrvnashwty, thanks for joining us today. Can you talk to us about a project that’s meant a lot to you?
I feel the most meaningful project I have made up to know would be my project “NVRMRE!” I say this because to me it took a long time to make, not really the actual process but mostly finding myself in and out of motivation, in total from the first song to the last it probably took about a year and a few months I mixed and mastered each song I had to save money even during times of emergencies to purchase beats and equipment but nonetheless I made it happen. I felt that theres alot of bad going on in the world currently and at the time that i wanted to make somthing just for fun, I wanted to make a project people could turn on and simply vibe with the people closest to them while also helping them feel clarity and freedom with their feelings, and for that reason as of right now it means alot to me.

Nrvnashwty, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I got into making music from just being a lover of it, I still remember the days where me and my closest friend with a few others would sit in science class and talk about music especially soundcloud and what people where doing what new songs we found that where hot and diffrent. Whilst making music now I try to push for more meaningful music by trying to say diffrent kinds of punchlines that aren’t as easy to catch but also not to be super lyrical to preserve the “fun” aspect of things. What few things I want people to know about the music I make is that there’s always more, more of a meaning when i say certain things, more to life to be taken in than whats infront of you, always strive to find a balence of chaos within the way you express yourself but keep yourself orderly with the love you exert to the people around you. long story short never stop exploring even the simplest things are to be cherished because theres always more to it on the inside especially in nature as a whole.

How can we best help foster a strong, supportive environment for artists and creatives?
In my eyes I think society could best support artists simply by listening and trying it out. Far to much people chase what is the easiest to not be seen negatively about, to better elaborate I feel people don’t even support their own closest people because they don’t wanna be seen negativley as a “cornball” or a “yes man” in a way. Another thing people could do is support fully, meaning don’t ask your own friend for a discount on their art or try to undermine their work instead help them in anyway you can every share, like, mention can take on many paths.

What’s the most rewarding aspect of being a creative in your experience?
The most rewarding thing to me is when people feel loved or feel anything positive and feel the need to share that feeling with others when listening to my music. it shows me that no matter who they too can use their mind to better affect the world.
