Norma , thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today Almost all entrepreneurs have had to decide whether to start now or later? There are always pros and cons for waiting and so we’d love to hear what you think about your decision in retrospect. If you could go back in time, would you have started your business sooner, later or at the exact time you started?

If I could go back time yes definitely I would of started the business earlier. I started my business after working in the logistics industry for 8yrs and realized I’m making money for someone else when I can be making my own money. Looking back I would of change my ways of spending money when we are young we don’t think about the future we just think about the moment we are living but like I always says only god knows why I started when I started and thanks to him I’m here I don’t think I would change anything I happy with my achievement

Norma , before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?

I started in the trucking and logistics business 8 yrs ago started working with a trucking company as front desk and build my way up from there I always payed so much attention to everything that was going on regarding the business I wanted to learn from the dispatching to the accounting how to get my own clients i wanted to learn how is it that the company makes the money the hardest part is that no one will tell you everything you have to eventually learn as you go, the key is to be consistent with what ever your goal is and never mix your personal emotions with your business I always give my customers the best attitude and attention they deserve

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?

In my industry building my reputation with my customers is the most important part my customers have to trust me and my drivers to take pick up and deliver the products on time with no issue what helped me with my customers is always having communication communicate if there’s a problem

Where do you think you get most of your clients from?

In my industry the best source for new customer is attending to trade show events trade associations offer the opportunity to get in touch with an engaged audience.
