We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Nonia Larsen. We hope you’ll enjoy our conversation with Nonia below.
Nonia, appreciate you joining us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
Although I have had many defining moments in my life, one of my most powerful life changes came in 2006 after sustaining multiple serious injuries when a truck I was riding in rolled off a very steep mountain. That same month my husband left, I was a single mom with 5 kids still at home, broke and broken. I turned to God in deep prayer and meditation and was shown a vision of something I had never thought about in my entire life…nature’s single cell microbiome.
I was looking for answers to what felt like a multitude of problems, health, kids, money, survival…and so the vision I was given was NOT what I expected. God showed me single cell microbes in the soil and in ancient probiotic cultures cared for by remote tribes scattered around the world. I was told to gather these microbes and put them in my food, plant medicines, skin and body care products, garden, animals and my whole life until I grew a bio-bubble of probiotic microbes big enough to live inside of. God said that the single cell microbiome of nature is his armor and shield to protect humanity from evil.
I hadn’t opened a biology book since college, so the idea that single cell microbes were going to solve my problems was a mind stretch for me. Never-the-less, God told me that the probiotic microbiome of the earth is his Way (whey) and it would leaven and multiply the things I needed to heal my broken bones and heart and become whole and well again.
In 2006 probiotic microbes were not yet a thing in America, and there was little information available. But every day I prayed for guidance and direction in how to accomplish this huge task and over the next few years I was led to books from other countries, mother culture starts from various tribes around the world, collection processes for obtaining indigenous microbes from nature and fermentation processes. I replaced all the synthetic chemical products in my home and farm with probiotic cultures. I ate probiotic microbes, bathed in them, gardened with them, sprayed them around my home, fed them to my kids and dairy goats, etc.
The biggest change in my life came when I discovered how to communicate with the probiotic microbiome. I was working in a lab as an intuitive with probiotic cultures from various remote tribes. In my human mind, the cultures looked funny and tasted terrible, but I knew that God had a purpose for putting them in my life, so I opened my mind and tried to establish communication with them. The first thing they said to me was so loud and strong that I will never forget the tremendous power I felt in their communication. “Get us out of here (the lab) and back to the family and farm.”
As I gathered mother culture collections on my little homestead in the mountains of Idaho, the microbes continued to communicate with me periodically. They first asked me, “Do you want to be a viable living organism that lasts?” That’s how they talk. I said yes of course and they answered, “Do you want us to teach you how?” I agreed. They answered, “Your measure of protection must always equal your measure of creation. Your body does not balance, would you like us to show you how to fix it?”
Everything the microbiome told me required further explanation for my little human mind to comprehend. I realized that they don’t talk like us, with emotion and sensationalism. They are tiny molecular builders, sculpting light into nutrients and usable information. Their language is all about building structure and coherence by balancing all opposite polarities into micro-size mini processors that receive, process, store and send information like living computer systems. The microbiome follows fixed eternal laws where all structure is organized into zero-point energy systems that require no fuel, produce no waste products, and instead create eternal life energy units. They are here to help humanity remember how to be eternal life systems made in the true image of God.
Following the teachings of the earth’s indigenous probiotic microbiome has brought my family and I tremendous blessings. Our health has improved dramatically. Our sensory range is huge now compared to what it was before we were covered in living probiotic microbes. Intuition and precognition are enhanced by the microbiome. Through our skin and hair, we are now part of a living microbial web that interconnects all of nature, plants, animals, soil, air, water and humans. Through the microbes in our body, we have a deeper awareness of the molecular structure of water and the earth’s true history stored in the water crystals. Our minds are continually opened to new understanding through the microbiome.
The microbiome offers life changing defining moments to all who accept Nature’s Whey, Truth and Life, which leads us directly back to our loving Creator/God and an awareness of our true purpose and identity. I hope that by sharing my experiences, others may be inspired to leave behind the synthetic chemical world and rebirth themselves in the glory of nature’s living probiotic microbiome.

Nonia, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
Although I have had many defining moments in my life, one of my most powerful life changes came in 2006 after sustaining multiple serious injuries when a truck I was riding in rolled off a very steep mountain. I was told to gather these microbes and put them in my food, plant medicines, skin and body care products, garden, animals and integrate them into my whole life until I grew a bio-bubble of probiotic microbes big enough to live inside of. God explained that the single cell microbiome of nature is his armor and shield to protect humanity from what seeks our destruction.
I hadn’t opened a biology book about microbes since college, so the idea that single cell microbes were going to solve my problems was a mind stretch for me. Never-the-less, God told me that the probiotic microbiome of the earth is his Way (whey) and it would leaven and multiply the things I needed to heal my broken bones and heart and become whole and well again.

But every day I prayed for guidance and direction in how to accomplish this huge task and over the next few years I was led to books from other countries, mother culture starts from various tribes around the world, collection processes for obtaining indigenous microbes from nature and fermentation methods.
I replaced all the synthetic chemical products in my home and farm with probiotic cultures. I ate probiotic microbes, bathed in them, gardened with them, sprayed them around my home, fed them to my kids, pets and dairy goats, and made medicines with them.
Living inside a probiotic microbiome was a whole new experience for me. At birth I was “disinfected” with rubbing alcohol and given sugar water in a bottle, killing my skin and gut microbiome. Growing up we used chemicals in our home, on our skin and hair and ate chemically laden foods. We went to allopathic doctors and took antibiotics.
For most of my life I was too numb and anesthetized to know what I was missing. Now, with probiotic microbes all over me, through me and around me, I found myself reconnected to nature, to the earth and to our loving Creator in a very personal tactile body awareness way. With the microbiome all through my body I felt calmer because I was now connected to the living and very loving web of life, the pro-biotic (pro-life) world.
The biggest change in my life came when I discovered that humans can communicate with the probiotic microbiome. The northern tribes of Russia who cared for kefir mother grains for thousands of years wrote about the intelligence of the “sacred white” cultures, and their receptivity to focused human intent. They claimed that their cultures were gifts from God for the health and well-being of humanity and that they could actively communicate with their cultures to request help for various health issues.
In the early days of my culture gathering, I had the opportunity to work in a lab as an intuitive with probiotic cultures from various remote tribes from different areas of the world. The cultures in the lab looked funny and tasted terrible, but I knew that God had a purpose for putting them in my life, so I opened my mind and tried to establish communication with them. The first thing they said to me was so loud and strong that I will never forget the tremendous power I felt in their communication. “Get us out of here (the lab) and back to family and farm.” That day I felt their presence come home with me. Within a few days I was surprised to be given a kefir mother culture that came directly from northern Russia with instructions to never sell it and instead keep it in loving families who would care for it the way the sacred keepers of the kefir had for thousands of years, with reverence and respect.
As I gathered different kinds of mother cultures on my little homestead in the mountains of Idaho, the microbes continued to communicate with me periodically. They first asked me, “Do you want to be a viable living organism that lasts?” That’s how they talk. I said yes of course. They answered, “Do you want to learn how?” I agreed. They continued, “Your measure of protection must always equal your measure of creation. Your body does not balance, would you like us to show you how to fix it?”

Following the teachings of the earth’s indigenous probiotic microbiome has brought my family and I tremendous blessings. Our health has improved dramatically. Our sensory range is huge now compared to what it was before we were covered in living probiotic microbes. Intuition and spiritual awareness are enhanced by the microbiome. Through our internal body microbiome and our skin and hair, we are now part of a living microbial web that interconnects all of nature, plants, animals, soil, air, water and humans. Through the microbes in our body, we have a deeper awareness of the molecular structure of water and the earth’s true history stored in the water crystals. The microbes speak to heart and soul in a language of love and logic that always makes sense.
The microbiome offers life changing defining moments to all who accept Nature’s Whey, Truth and Life, which leads us directly back to our loving Creator/God and an awareness of our true purpose, divine lineage and identity. I hope that by sharing my experiences, others may be inspired to leave behind the synthetic chemical world and rebirth themselves in the glory of nature’s living probiotic microbiome.

Can you share a story from your journey that illustrates your resilience?
For many years I had been working with natural medicines, herbs and alternative modalities before I met my first probiotic cultures. I grew and wildcrafted medicinal herbs and made them into standard things like tinctures, salves and poultices. When I added probiotic cultures to the mix there were no existing recipes, books or instructions on how to ferment herbs and make things with them. We were the first company in America that I know of at that time making homegrown fermented skin care with all natural ingredients and so I had no model to follow.
To formulate recipes in a field that no one had explored required a lot of prayer, meditation and intuitive work with the microbiome. I would tune into the microbes and God and ask what herbs, probiotic cultures, and other organic ingredients to put together to help with various health issues.
I fermented medicinal herbs and mushrooms in different cultured mediums and for various lengths of time to get the results I wanted. I experimented on myself, my family and friends. When we watched our own health issues improve, we knew we were on the right track. The cultures began to help with all our skin and gut issues, including skin cancer, acne, psoriasis, eczema, hair loss, digestive and elimination issues, etc.
I realized that fermenting medicinal herbs and adding living probiotic cultures to our foods and skin care gave us many times more nutrients and medicinal properties than any natural medicine I had previously made. The probiotic cultures quadrupled the nutrient content and predigested the food and herbs to made it easy for our cells to assimilate.
The microbiome is alive and connected to all multicellular species and so it constantly updates our bodies and helps us handle rapid changes in our world. It is the ultimate natural cross-referencing system of the living universe, with the oldest intact genetic code of all species on earth, the fastest communication and transportation systems covering not just 3D reality, but other multidimensional realms.
The microbiome is a highly organized and structured living system, with quantum coherence, sending signals across time and space at speeds that defy modern technology. It delivers light and intelligence into all natural life forms, creating natural growth through nourishment and nurturing rather than through force and suppression the way synthetic chemicals do. The single cell microbes are highly intelligent snowflake shaped crystals, spinning vortices with properties that can detox our bodies, transform things from destruction to creation, levitate and etherealize the elements and supercharge our cells to heal from trauma.
In our home business we grow cultures of goat milk kefir, raw cow and goat clabbers, kombucha herb ferments, various vinegars, water kefir, lactic-acid ferments, cultured creams, LAB cultures, grain ferments, mushroom ferments, krauts, wild-weed ferments, laundry soap ferments, and more.
Our goal is to grow microbes at every level of life, in our soil, plants, animals and humans, who in turn send probiotic microbes rather than synthetic chemicals back into the soil, creating a real perma-culture where everything is symbiotic. To accomplish this goal we use JADAM and Korean Natural Farming practices to enhance our soil and herb garden microbes. In these practices soil inputs, pesticides and fertilizers are made by fermenting natural substances and by gathering indigenous probiotic microbes from the wild parts of nature and using these on the garden instead of synthetic chemicals.
From these cultures and the medicinal herbs that we grow in our gardens, we make soaps, shampoos, creams, salves, body sprays, bath detox soaks, deodorants, lip balms, sunscreen, masks, hair treatments, tinctures and more. We use all organic ingredients or grow things ourselves without chemicals. Many of our herbs and medicinal mushrooms we personally wildcraft from remote areas of Idaho.
We don’t really advertise our products. Instead, we try to educate people about the microbiome and its unparalleled ability to help humanity, especially with all the current health issues we are dealing with. Our products sell themselves. We figure that if they work, people will keep buying them. We don’t need to convince them using marketing ploys.
The microbiome speaks for itself. We are just facilitators helping to get probiotic microbes into more people’s lives so that they can experience the same life-changing improvements that we have. Our own experience has shown us that wrapping ourselves in living probiotic cultures is the ultimate Re-Wild Experience that awakens our health, spirituality and our true humanity.

Any advice for managing a team?
We modeled our company Clearwater Cultures after the living probiotic cultures that we grow. Every mother culture is called a S.C.O.B.I. which is a Symbiotic Colony Of Beneficial Individuals. We believe that to grow and sell cultured products we need to accurately represent them and be our own symbiotic colony of beneficial individuals.
We are a small family farm and business dedicated to doing “a good work” in the world. Our focus is to identify current health needs and find natural solutions that are affordable to working class people, who we believe are the backbone of the world.
We funnel all our profits back into research and development and building the farm infrastructure needed to grow, dry and process medicinal herbs, raise dairy goats and produce the goat milk kefir for or products. The entire process is all done by four women in our family in a cooperative system that is debt free. We pay as we go and grow at the rate we can afford.
There is no hierarchy in our business, everyone milks goats, hauls hay, fills orders, pulls weeds, answers emails and phone calls and makes products. Our success is due to our love and respect for each other and our commitment to do the right things for the right reasons that create win-win relationships.
We are building a multigenerational culture of people who know how to grow probiotic cultures. Each new family member who joins our team is funded by older members until they can pay their own way. Our hope is to pass on the knowledge we have gained and the culturing practices we have created so that each generation is healthier than the last and can continue to offer the world amazing products.
