Noirba, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Do you wish you had started sooner?
I have always been a creative person. It started with acting, then designing clothes and clay sculpting. Growing up I was always complemented by how photogenic I am but being unsure of my beauty because I was always bigger than the other girls I didn’t think Modeling was a feasible route. I am glad that I took the route to get to know and fall in love with myself to the point that going after me was important. I wish I had found that out sooner but I know that through all of the self development and growth I have endured that I’m still right on time. I fell in love with me, my process and the journey.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
I am genuinely the one stop shop in regards to my clients but also in the creative industry as well. I will break down what I do in two categories, what you get if you book me and what you get if you hire me!
Booking me: I am a model capable of doing my makeup, styling, creative directing, set designing and concept creation. I also can be booked for motivational speaking in regards to changing your perspective in order to change your life as well as building your confidence.
Hiring Me: I conduct consultations where I figure out what my clients need. I am a licensed financial representative that can help build a game plan to help others accomplish their goals and dreams, insure their families and properly set up their business and infrastructure. I also plan and set up marketing events, content creation and personal/professional development.
I love to bring ideas to life, I am a visionary. I am skilled to not only bring it together and accomplish it but also to make it bigger then you ever imagined!
Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?
My mission is to simply show people what I mean by Change your perspective you can change your life.
Our mind is the most powerful thing we have and if you can train it how to think you will change actions, words, thoughts, behaviors and habits.
We waste a lot of time on what we think versus how.
What can society do to ensure an environment that’s helpful to artists and creatives?
Don’t wait until it’s trending rather make it trend! Look outside of What is mainstream, pay people their price and understand we are operating backwards.
People literally won’t spend $80 to see an independent artist because they only have 25k followers and 100 show attendees
But we’ll spend $250 to see a major artist that has 8 million followers with a sold out 75k stadium
And it has nothing to do with talent. Does the second one offer a grander experience? Yes. Why? Money! Duh!
I know people that don’t listen to music they’ve never heard before, you literally have to be told Who to play, watch and support. We should stop that. Talent should be rewarded and it starts with everyday people.
Now you don’t even necessarily need an agency, label or corporation backing you if you have people. So support! Share talent!
