As a business owner, I initially managed our social media accounts internally. However, as our business grew, we recognized the need for a more specialized approach to effectively manage our social media presence. We made the decision to hire a dedicated team to handle our social media management and photography.
The choice to outsource this aspect of our business was driven by several factors. Firstly, we realized that managing social media requires specific expertise in content creation, community engagement, and analytics that our internal team didn’t possess. I started my career by pursuing formal education and training in esthetics, learning about skin anatomy, various skincare techniques, and the latest advancements in skincare technology. With dedication and hard work, I earned my certification and began practicing as an esthetician.
In my business, I provide a range of skincare services tailored to meet the unique needs and concerns of each client. This includes facials, chemical peels, microdermabrasion, waxing, body sculpting and more. I also offer personalized skincare consultations to assess my clients’ skin and develop customized treatment plans to address their specific skincare goals.
One of the primary problems I solve for my clients is helping them achieve clear, radiant skin while addressing concerns such as acne, aging, hyperpigmentation, and dryness. By combining my expertise with high-quality skincare products and advanced techniques, I empower my clients to take control of their skin health and feel confident in their appearance.

How do you keep your team’s morale high?

Encourage open communication channels where team members feel comfortable sharing their thoughts, concerns, and ideas. Provide Clear Direction and Support: Set clear goals and objectives for the team, and provide the necessary resources, training, and support to help them achieve these goals. Ensure that everyone understands their role within the team and how their work contributes to the larger picture.
