We were lucky to catch up with Noahh recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Noahh, thanks for joining us today. Let’s jump right into the heart of things. Outsiders often think businesses or industries have much larger profit margins than they actually do – the reason is that outsiders are often unaware of the biggest challenges to profitability in various industries – what’s the biggest challenge to profitability in your industry?

When throwing events it can be hard for them to be profitable because you’re relying on a lot of unforeseen circumstances. You can do all the research you want & it still not work out. People might be busy, the artist online presence might not translate to real life or they may drop the ball on marketing leading to low success

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.

My name is NOAHH I started a festival + event promotion company called ‘In Tha Fest’ which is quickly rising in the underground music industry. I got into it from doing small events with my group back in high school & loving the experience it provided to people. What sets me apart from others is I dive deeper in the relationships with everyone involved from fans, artists, staff & more. Making sure they feel apart & feel important in their role, I’m proud of the way I tread people even when it comes at a loss for me, because that will speak volumes in the long run

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?

I planned the biggest event of my life, covid took it away from me, but because of that I was able to create ‘In Tha Fest’ and take everything to another level

What’s a lesson you had to unlearn and what’s the backstory?

To not treat everyone how you want to be treated. Crazy as it sounds you have to seperate business from friends in order to succeed, you will sell yourself short givin discounts and making it harder on yourself to make sure you don’t hurt anyone’s feelings. It’s business, you should be able to say no & no feelings be hurt
