We’re excited to introduce you to the always interesting and insightful Briton Media Founder Noah Swiderski spends some time with us
Noah, appreciate you joining us today. Alright, so you had your idea and then what happened? Can you walk us through the story of how you went from just an idea to executing on the idea.
I first had the idea 2 years ago when I was in the parking lot of my 9-5 talking to my friend Jay about starting something big that would 1. Help people and 2. Make a positive impact on a community. Around the time of coming up with the idea I was starting to get hooked on Podcasts and would listen to tons of them (still do) about self-development, coaching, business, ect. so I decided to combine all three of my passions. Marketing, Audio Production, and Podcasts. The first thing I did once I decided what I wanted to do was write down a business plan so I can make sense of it and what I wanted to accomplish. After I made the business plan I referred to my close circle of peers and podcasters with what they thought of the company idea and if it brings value to the podcast community. After editing the plan and making sure it was a solid foundation we started marketing our services to the masses within the podcast community. At first, it was difficult since nobody knew of us, what we offered, and who we have worked with. However, since then we now assist a large portion of the podcast community, and even if you haven’t worked with us yet we take pride in the fact people know about the great work we provide.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
My name is Noah, I’m 27 years old from Southern, New Hampshire. Grew up my entire life in Windham NH, however, now live in Nashua with my fiance India. I’ve always been interested and involved in expanding ideas into businesses and growing them. Even in middle school, I would start flipping sports cards, promoting music artists, and building websites for people. Marketing, Promotion, and Sales have always been in my blood since my dad grew into many sales roles. Within Briton Media we provide every aspect of the Podcast production process to help launch a podcast and maintain its success. The thing I am most proud of is not only the fast growth and expansion of staff that we have been adjusting to but the wonderful work we do with the creative people we get to work with every day. It inspires me to keep getting better, as a business owner and a creative. This is the best job in the world, I get to work alongside people passionate about what they are talking about and creating and helping them be more successful.
Any fun sales or marketing stories?
At the very beginning of building Briton Media, it was a grind. I think my favorite story was when I got my first sale. I was sitting in a hibachi restaurant with my fiance India on Wednesday (our date night) when I first started the company, and I get a notification on my phone from Paypal saying someone signed up for our editing program, I can’t explain the confidence and excitement that the first sale gave and eventually became the first domino to fall for our organization. I showed India and I don’t know why we both were in shock since we both believed in the idea but it was the fact that we were making the idea a reality and there is a need in the marketplace for us and people enjoyed our work. That is a story I will always remember and make sure to never forget no matter who we work with and how successful we become.

What do you think helped you build your reputation within your market?
Without question, the one thing that helped build our reputation is being great people. Every single person that works for Briton Media is an outstanding person that genuinely wants to help podcasters, and get closer to their goals. We started this company because we love helping people and we take pride in the work we do for every client no matter how big or small the project is. I think transparency and honesty are the best attributes you can have when wanting to make a difference in the community. People want to do business with people they can trust and people they like. As we continue to build this second half of 2022 and in the future, our team is ready to build relationships with the community and deepen them with our services.
