We caught up with the brilliant and insightful Nisha Khanna a few weeks ago and have shared our conversation below.
Nisha, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. We’re complete cheeseballs and so we love asking folks to share the most heartwarming moment from their career – do you have a touching moment you can share with us?
Client transformation.
A few examples include:
Making one change to replace coffee with apple cider vinegar/honey water and coming off 7 prescription medications used for sleep, anxiety, and restless legs.
17 lb weight loss with dietary and lifestyle modification over 3 months and reversal of medical diagnoses — pre-diabetes, high blood pressure, and high cholesterol.
Using dietary and lifestyle modification to avoid cold, mucogenic beverages and reversal of snoring, which improved his sexual relationship with his wife.
Gut healing protocol for anxiety which changed how her own clients perceived her, shifting from a pessimist to an optimist.
Gut healing protocol for chronic yeast infections which had the side benefit of clearing the patients chronic acne.
Complete reversal of IBS symptoms within 2 visits simply by following her dietary treatment plan.
No longer needing ADHD medication and Xanax with adrenal, dietary, and supplement support.

Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers

She is excited about health education and sharing her integration of healing modalities on public platforms.

How did you put together the initial capital you needed to start?
I have relied on a revenue stream from a Western Medicine-based Telehealth practice to provide financial stability as I fully transitioned to my Integrative Medicine Practice.
Instead of taking out a loan or making a leap, I’ve gradually made the transition.
This has helped me stay out of fear and insecurity and allowed my practice to build organically with little stress and the ability to embody the lifestyle I advocate for my clients.
Training and knowledge matter of course, but beyond that what do you think matters most in terms of succeeding in your field?
Connecting and reconnecting to your ‘why,’ which may change as you change.
I’ve found that the more I moved away from an end goal and found satisfaction in how the now is fulfilling my ‘why’, the more gratification I receive from my work and life in general. I welcome the evolution of my career without an attachment to it looking a certain way. Ultimately, this creates happiness now versus living in delayed gratification for an uncertain future, which will likely be replaced by another goal once it is attained.
