Hi there!

I am delighted to introduce myself as Nirvana, the proud owner of White Palm Event Co. Allow me to share my journey with you.

I grew up and spent my early years on the enchanting island of Kauai, Hawaii. It’s no surprise that my passion for hospitality & event planning blossomed in such a breathtaking setting. Surrounded by awe-inspiring natural beauty, I couldn’t help but learn and soak in all the information I could about the Industry. And with Hawaii being one of the world’s most sought-after wedding destinations, it was like a match made in heaven!

Over the span of a decade, I have immersed myself in every facet of the hospitality and event industry, honing my skills as an orchestrator of unforgettable weddings and remarkable experiences.
It brings me immense joy and honor to curate magical moments for my couples in some of the world’s most breathtaking locations. From the stunning beaches of Hawaii to the majestic sea cliffs of Malibu, CA, and now the serene hill country of Austin, TX, I am grateful to call this place my home, where I reside with my loving husband and our playful golden retriever.

I specialize in “Month of” Wedding Coordination as throughout my experience it has been the most requested. Not every bride needs that hand-holding 1 year out but more so someone to swoop in within those last few months to orchestrate all the moving parts to allow the couple to be in full bliss leading up to their special day (rather than neck high in spreadsheets)

I believe in open communication and building a strong connection with my clients. I am genuinely excited to get to know you, listen to your unique love story, and bring your vision to life!

How about pivoting – can you share the story of a time you’ve had to pivot?

In my younger years, I held onto the dream of becoming a professional dancer. Being a part of a dance company, I dedicated myself to the daily discipline of honing my dance skills. As I transitioned into adulthood, my passion shifted towards the culinary arts. I yearned to showcase my skills and create culinary experiences that not only delighted the taste buds but also captivated the eyes. Little did I know, these pursuits would eventually lead me to my true calling: creating. Wedding planning has become the perfect canvas for me to express my creativity and bring my visions to life. Every step of my journey, from dancing to cooking, has shaped me into the wedding planner I am today.

In today’s digital age, social media has become a powerful tool for marketing our skills and connecting with potential clients. If you’re looking to build a strong following, my best advice is to engage actively. Interact with like-minded individuals, share captivating photos that reflect your personality, and remember that “your vibe attracts your tribe.”
