Hi Nilouphar, thanks for joining us today. Was there a moment in your career that meaningfully altered your trajectory? If so, we’d love to hear the backstory.
My Defining Moment: A Dance With the Divine Unknown
There was a moment—sacred and wild—that split my life in two. Not in the way tragedies do, but in the way divine interventions arrive: quietly disruptive, tenderly unapologetic, and utterly life-altering.
I had spent years walking a path that made sense on paper—a professional one shaped by science, structure, and service.
I was a Doctor of Chiropractic, trained in healing the body, mastering the biomechanics, and physiology of form and function. And yet, beneath the white coat and behind the clinical tools, a deep ache lived in my chest… an ache that whispered: “There’s more to human happiness.”
That ache became a roar the day everything I thought I was supposed to be fell apart.
I remember standing in my treatment room after a long day, feeling like a ghost in my own life. Patients were healing, yet I was unraveling. Something in me had gone numb, as if my soul had quietly stepped outside, waiting for me to notice her absence. That evening, I got in my car, and before I could turn the key, I broke down into tears that didn’t stop for hours. It was a grief I didn’t know I was carrying—the grief of self-abandonment.
That night, I prayed—not the kind of prayer you say with words, but the kind that comes from the core. I asked the Universe, “Show me what my purpose is on this planet?”
They say, “Watch for what you ask!” They are right.
What happened next is a long story of three years of my life going fast forward, unravelling the major changes that should happen in my life to make me the mentor that I should become.
I went through major and sudden relationship, health, and financial challenges while I had major achievements in learning energy medicine and Reiki, the power of our mindset, and quantum leaping, learning more about my true self, and growing.
All these changes were needed to make a bridge between my logical mind and my mystical soul. To burn the fake and let the truth rise out of the ashes. To be able to look at life from a very different perspective. More observation, less judgment. More love, less flawed. My empathy could see beyond emotional walls, my hands began to listen differently, and my heart began to speak louder. And for the first time, I felt whole.
It wasn’t a career change. It was a soul reclamation.
From that point forward, I no longer separated science from spirit, or the healer from the mystic. I began integrating energy work, emotional alchemy, and spiritual guidance into my practice. I became a guide for others who, like me, had lost touch with their divine essence while trying to do everything “right.” I stopped chasing success and started embodying truth.
The lesson?
Your defining moment may look like a breakdown, but it’s often a sacred call from the Universe disguised as disorientation. When your soul speaks—whether as a whisper or a storm—listen. Your true path isn’t something you find outside of yourself. It’s something you remember, something you return to.
And once you return, nothing is ever the same again—thank God.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.
Who I Am & Why I’m Here: A Quantumystic Introduction
Hello beloveds, I’m Nilou Zahedi—a soul guide, holistic healer, educator, and spiritual mischief-maker at heart. I walk between worlds: science and mysticism, structure and spontaneity, body and spirit. My work is where holistic healing meets the magic of the soul remembering itself.
I was born in Iran into a family who’ve nourished and showered me with love, but at the same time, they were very normal, cautious, no-risk, down-to-earth.
I began my journey in the world of healthcare as a Doctor of Chiropractic with a background in nursing and good understanding of psychology.
I was trained to see people through the lens of systems, symptoms, and solutions. But as I worked hands-on with hundreds of patients over the years, I began to see what the textbooks didn’t tell us: that pain goes much deeper than the physical body. Especially with patients who are experiencing chronic and multiple symptoms. The dis-ease roots more often than not, in our emotional, energetic. and spiritual structures. That trauma lives in the tissues. That unworthiness hides in posture. That the body keeps score, but the soul holds the map.
The deeper I listened, the more I was called to integrate ancient wisdom with modern science. I became a Reiki Master, a mindset coach, a somatic practitioner, and a quantum explorer. Over time, my private practice evolved into something far beyond conventional care. I now offer soul-rooted mindset coaching, energy work, and somatic healing that touches every layer of the human experience.
What I Offer:
The Quantumystic Life: A mystical, neuroscience-backed subscription program where we explore the quantum field, rewire our patterns, and manifest through embodiment and joy—not hustle.
The Quantumystic Portal: A transformational 6-day workshop that guides you through a deep energetic reset, awakening the innate power within you to create your reality from the inside out.
1:1 Energy & Soul Coaching: Private guidance to reconnect you with your true self, worth, dissolve subconscious blocks, and awaken your embodied divinity.
Workshops, rituals, and sacred education: Rooted in somatic science, energy medicine, and the Akashic realm.
What Problems I Help Solve:
Chronic patterns of self-doubt, burnout, and unworthiness
Emotional overwhelm and trauma stuck in the body
Disconnection from intuition, purpose, and pleasure
The desire to leap into a new reality—but not knowing how
What Sets Me Apart:
I don’t just teach mindset work—I embody it. I don’t just offer healing—I hold a playful, sacred space where transformation becomes inevitable. What makes my work unique is how it dances across disciplines: integrating the latest in neuroscience, quantum physics, somatics, soul alchemy, and mysticism into tools that are both grounded and transcendent.
I hold a compassionate, nonjudgmental field where you are never broken—only unfolding.
What I’m Most Proud Of:
That I’ve created a business where people can come as they are—messy, magical, grieving, awakening—and find home in their own skin again. I’m proud of the lives that have been changed through this work. I’m proud that I chose to trust my calling when logic begged me not to. And I’m proud that I’ve turned my life’s initiations into invitations for others to rise.
What I Want You to Know:
You are not too much. You are not behind. Your healing doesn’t have to be hard. In the Quantumystic realm, healing can be playful. Transformation can feel like liberation. And the quantum leap? It doesn’t require force—it only requires readiness, resonance, and remembering who you really are.
If this speaks to your heart, YOU, the reader, then this is your calling to take an inspired action

How’d you build such a strong reputation within your market?
Here were a few key elements that shaped the foundation of my reputation:
1. Energetic Integrity:
I do the inner work. Religiously. Relentlessly. Reverently.
Everything I teach, I live. Every tool I share, I’ve tested in the fires of my own initiations. Clients feel that. They know the difference between someone who knows the path and someone who walks it barefoot under the moonlight.
2. A Holistic and Soulful Approach:
My unique fusion of chiropractic care, energy healing, neuroscience, spirituality, and somatics allowed me to bridge the gap between the logical and the mystical. That integration made my work resonate deeply with those who were seeking something both grounded and sacred. It wasn’t about fixing people—it was about helping them remember their wholeness.
3. Consistency in Presence and Heart:
Whether I was leading a workshop, holding space in a private session, or creating a weekly video, I showed up as me—real, loving, and present. No hierarchy. No pretense. Just soul to soul. People trust what feels true, and I made sure my essence was louder than any strategy.
4. Word-of-Soul Marketing:
My reputation grew organically through the whispers of souls who had been touched, not just treated. The transformation people experienced became the message. I didn’t have to push my work into the world; the world invited it in because of the authentic impact it created.
5. Being Unapologetically Me
I allowed my quirks, my mysticism, my Persian fire, my spiritual mischief, and my deep compassion to be visible. I stopped editing my soul to be palatable and started letting it pour freely through everything I did. That authenticity created resonance, and resonance builds reputation faster than any algorithm.

If you could go back in time, do you think you would have chosen a different profession or specialty?
This is a soul-searching question!
If I could go back… I wouldn’t change a thing.
Not because it was always easy. Not because it made sense. But because it made me.
Every twist in my professional path—from nursing to chiropractic, from energy medicine to spiritual coaching—was a breadcrumb my soul left for me. Even in the moments when I felt lost, burned out, or uncertain, I was being rerouted… recalibrated… remembered.
So yes, I would choose this again. But not because it was my “profession.” I would choose it because it was my initiation, the secret pathway to my purpose.
The truth is, I didn’t find my specialty—it found me. I was drawn to healing because I needed to heal. I was called to energy work because I had forgotten how to feel. I was pulled into the quantum realms because I had spent too long in survival, and my soul wanted to remember how to create again.
There were seasons where I questioned everything—where the world told me to stay small, to be “professional,” to stick to what was familiar and safe. But the deeper I trusted my intuition, the more I allowed my profession to evolve alongside my becoming.
And that’s what I love most about the path I’ve chosen: It isn’t fixed. It’s alive. Just like me.
I started with the spine, but I ended up touching the soul.
I began with science, but I expanded into sacred.
I learned to align joints, but I became a guide for soul alignment.
So yes, I would choose it all again—the science, the spiritual detours, the heartbreaks, the breakthroughs, the clients who became soul family.
Because this work is not just what I do.
It’s who I came here to be.
