We were lucky to catch up with Nikki Rich recently and have shared our conversation below.

Hi Nikki, thanks for joining us today. Innovation comes in all shapes, sizes and across all industries, so we’d love to hear about something you’ve done that you feel was particularly innovative.

Over the Course of My Career I created an Academy for other Radio Host to learn how to create their own Radio Shows and produced over 15 successfully shows in this Academy. We have to give back and poor in to others when we are accomplishing out dreams.

Have you ever had to pivot?

A Time I had to pivot in my career when I learned that I was diagnosed with Endstage-Renal Disease. My entire life changed. I had to restructure my time, days. During this time I had to limit interviewing. Everything happens for a reason. I am now better and time management. I lost 90 pounds , I am healthier and doing better. In process of Kidney Transplant.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?

The Most effective strategy of growing clientele is to network, Market & Research. All of these will help grow clientele. I love to get out attend events, meet ups to network, research the field you are in, who did it before you, research areas where you want to work or your business to be located. Marketing is important you want to be everywhere, market on social media & locally, purchase billboards, ads, radio slots, commercials all these things help to grow clientele.
