In a complex event marketing project for multiple brands, I ensured success by making detailed lists, defining key staff roles, and wholeheartedly trusting each team member to excel in their responsibilities. This approach fosters collaboration, empowers individuals, and boosts overall morale.
Where do you think you get most of your clients from?
The best source of new clients for me has undeniably been the power of referrals.
