Hello! I’m excited to introduce myself to you. I am Ni’Kia Harling owner of Ki Closet Shop. My journey into this industry has been quite an adventure. I started with a passion for creativity and a desire to buy more clothes. Since starting, I have found one of my niches. Today, I provide a range of products and clothing that reflects my dedication and expertise. I entered this field through a combination of hard work, dedication, and a genuine love for what I do. I have invested countless hours in studying, learning, and gaining practical experience, all of which helped shape me into the professional I am today. Along the way, I encountered numerous challenges, but my unwavering determination pushed me forward. What sets Ki Closet Shop apart from others is we prioritize understanding and anticipating customer needs, ensuring satisfaction at every touchpoint. How do you keep in touch with clients and foster brand loyalty?
We keep in contact with clients via email, text message and social media. Clients have the option to opt in anytime with text and email via our website. We also provide special discounts and early access to all products when client chooses to opt in. We engage with social media as well by sharing relevant content on our social sites.

Any advice for growing your clientele? What’s been most effective for you?
Growing your clientele effectively requires a combination of strategies. My most effective strategies are keeping God first, networking with local business gatherings to build relationships with potential clients, providing outstanding customer service, email marketing by sharing valuable content, promotions and updates to keep clients engaged and lastly, continuous improvement.
