Alright – so today we’ve got the honor of introducing you to Nika Esono. We think you’ll enjoy our conversation, we’ve shared it below.

Nika, looking forward to hearing all of your stories today. Let’s kick things off with your mission – what is it and what’s the story behind why it’s your mission?

In order to understand my mission and the story behind it, we would have to go back in time, 5 or 6 years ago. I started in the artistic world as a model and dancer, I participated in several fashion shows, in music videos, and I felt happy doing what I was most passionate about. I have always liked photography and the visual world, so one fine day I decided it was time to focus on that and start learning more and more. I started experimenting with my friends (a round of applause to my friends for always being there for me) I started mixing photography with creations like flowers, sheets, fruits, food, always trying to create weird and asymmetrical styles. I started to get people’s attention, and that’s how “Nikaesonoestudios” was born, and that’s when I understood my mission in this world of art, to highlight the beauty of people in a different way, to make people see a artistic side through their image, but above all, make them feel good and feel proud looking at themselves through my photography and videography.

Awesome – so before we get into the rest of our questions, can you briefly introduce yourself to our readers.

The truth is that I have two great passions in this life: Photography and videography. I started to be a photographer and videographer 2 years ago and I created my business called “Nikaesonostudios”. As a photographer and videographer, I do all kinds of photo sessions; I like to create unique concepts and meanings and most of the time, dress my clients. I like to create scenes according to what the person transmits to me.

Looking back, are there any resources you wish you knew about earlier in your creative journey?

Definitely!! I wish I would get lighting lessons. Without lighting knowledge, you are nothing lol

Is there a particular goal or mission driving your creative journey?

Create an annually art exhibition and keep making people happy through my work.
