Alright, Nicole thanks for taking the time to share your stories and insights with us today. What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

Success in social media marketing, like any business, requires adaptability, creativity, and a deep understanding of your audience. I’ve found that the ability to pivot quickly while staying authentic is key.
In one of my previous jobs, I noticed that one of the posts I had scheduled was not performing well, so I created a quick and funny reel basically making fun that my previous post had flopped, and that reel ended up getting a lot of attention and bringing the audience to the previous post. While I could’ve just let the first post ride out, instead I trusted my instincts and was quick on my feet to find a solution, teaching me the importance of real-time engagement.
Now, as the co-owner of Nashfluence, we always say success is about connecting authentically with people, because when you build trust, the results follow. It’s not just about growing numbers; it’s about creating a lasting impact.

Nashfluence Media LLC is a social media agency founded by Niki San Inocencio & Livi Love, based in Nashville, TN. We specialize in helping small businesses and brands harness the power of social media to amplify their message, grow their audience, and drive meaningful engagement. Our services include content creation, digital strategy, and personalized branding that authentically represent our clients’ unique vision.

Our journey began with a deep love for creativity and connection. Having worked with businesses in various industries- ranging from hospitality to retail- we saw firsthand how impactful a strong digital presence could be in transforming brands. How’d you meet your business partner?

Livi and I met while working together on the marketing team for a local business in Nashville. Both of us were young women navigating the fast-paced world of social media marketing and quickly realized we shared a similar vision for elevating brands through strategic and creative approaches. After exchanging ideas, it became clear we complemented each other’s strengths. This synergy led to the creation of Nashfluence, a partnership built on mutual respect, shared ambition, and a passion for helping businesses thrive.

Do you have any insights you can share related to maintaining high team morale?

Managing a team starts with fostering open communication and creating a collaborative environment where everyone feels valued. Celebrate wins, no matter how small, and provide consistent feedback to help each team member grow. Transparency is key—let your team know the “why” behind decisions to ensure they feel included in the bigger picture. To maintain morale, incorporate opportunities for team bonding, show appreciation regularly, and recognize individual contributions. Lastly, lead by example—your enthusiasm, dedication, and willingness to adapt will inspire your team to do the same.
