We recently connected with Nicole Sabrina and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Nicole, thanks for joining us today. Let’s talk about innovation. What’s the most innovative thing you’ve done in your career?
I am currently rebranding and I personally think this is a huge thing for me in my career. I am moving away from my trademarked name of Boujieboss over to Nicole Sabrina. Boujieboss has paved such an amazing path for me but as I continue my walk in the industry you learn to shed things that could be holding you back from the future you really want. I have aged gracefully stepping away from a “stage name” comes with the maturity (for me) My birth name Nicole (from my mother Nicole and Sabrina (from my mothers sister) was given to me to uphold the legacy of wealthy independent woman who have overcome much adversity. I chose to step into that and allow it to put me in rooms I feel Boujieboss may or may not be able to enter. As of the last half of 2023 I will embrace Nicole Sabrina.
Great, appreciate you sharing that with us. Before we ask you to share more of your insights, can you take a moment to introduce yourself and how you got to where you are today to our readers.
Born Nicole Brown (Miller), Nicole is an influencer & Entertainment Publicist out of Atlanta Georgia, making headway with several other bosses in the Atl. She is head of A&R and PR at M37 Management. I own BoujieBlokkas, a designer inspired sunglass line. She also owns Boujie Bawses a model casting company. Personally she’s constantly booked as a host for events, a motivational speaker for young woman and a consultant for independent artists.
When working with her clients she’s known as “Nikki The Coach” Her clients range from Kai Ghost of Netflix Series The Circle, Cassidy American Battle rapper, Eazy The Block Capt, well known for his role as “Rashad” on the Peacock series “Belair” to Kiami Davael, well known for her role in “Matilda” as “Lavender” and American rapper and former BadBoy artist E Ness. With the help of her team Boujie helps take clients like these to the next level.
Nicole’s ultimate goal is to align the brands she sponsors to benefit from the public and viral attention she gets, as well as possibly being aligned with her high profile clients. Her network and clientele regularly land her at events that are viewed millions of times. She hopes to broadcast brands both personally and using her social media presence.
What sets me apart from others is that I pride myself on transparency. Allowing others to really see the work im putting in and the honesty you will receive.

How did you build your audience on social media?
Building an audience for your brand isn’t light work. It takes tremendous work and sacrifice. Im nowhere near what I want but I’m definitely not where I used to be. Ive spend a lot of time networking within circles. I’ve organized events to shake hands and rub shoulders with the who’s who of major cities. One of the things I have noticed is tough for so many is the ability to get into these rooms and open your mouth. Many begin to feel intimidated and miss the opportunity to be in the mix. If I walk into a room of 50 new people I should have at least 25 new followers and giving them top content to stay followers. Now that part can sometimes have you pulling out your hair but its worth it in the end.
Are there any books, videos or other content that you feel have meaningfully impacted your thinking?
This chapter I’m on involves a lot of of high level conversations. I like to watch a lot of videos on YouTube from Terrance McKenna, Alan Watts, 19 Keyz etc. These conversations are about real life and my human physical, mental and spiritual abilities. These conversations wove me into the thread of my purpose.
