We were lucky to catch up with Nicole Reichenbach recently and have shared our conversation below.
Hi Nicole, thanks for joining us today. So, naming is such a challenge. How did you come up with the name of your brand?
Elizabeth Cordelia is derived from my daughter’s middle names. It’s actually funny how many times someone has called me Elizabeth during a show or interview that sometimes now I just answer to it without explaining it’s not my name!

Nicole, before we move on to more of these sorts of questions, can you take some time to bring our readers up to speed on you and what you do?
I began the brand in 2015 and am inspired daily by my two daughters to make clothing comfortable and classic. Fashion is my passion. It allows me to express myself and showcase my creativity. From the latest trends to timeless classics, fashion is a form of art that I adore. The way it can transform a person’s confidence and make a statement is truly remarkable. Dealing with customer problems is an inevitable part of any business, including the fashion industry. While fashion is undoubtedly a passion that brings joy and creativity, it’s important to acknowledge that challenges can arise when interacting with customers. Resolving issues effectively is crucial in maintaining a positive and successful fashion business. Communication is a vital aspect of resolving customer problems. I am so grateful for clients. Analyzing feedback and identifying trends helps my business.
A highlight to my fashion line is showing at fashion week. I love creating and showing my designs on the runway. Fashion week is a wonderful event that brings together fashion enthusiasts from all over the world. It is a time to showcase the latest trends, designs, and styles.

Let’s talk about resilience next – do you have a story you can share with us?
Resilience is key in any business issue, as it allows us to bounce back from setbacks and continue to provide exceptional service to our customers.
One particular incident comes to mind that truly showcases our resilience. During a fashion week event, we experienced a technical glitch on our website, which resulted in some customers being unable to complete their purchases. This was a major setback, as we were expecting a surge in sales during this time. However, instead of panicking, we immediately went into problem-solving mode and rectified the issue.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?
