Nicole “Nick”, thanks for taking the time to share your stories with us today What do you think matters most in terms of achieving success?

I believe one of the top things it takes to be successful is one has to already be successful in their mind and they have to see the success they desire. This important because many things will come to test what you are working towards, it will have you feel like the things you want are unattainable and some things will have you feel like you don’t deserve it. But if you’re already there in your mind the many obstacles can’t keep you from something you already have.

As always, we appreciate you sharing your insights and we’ve got a few more questions for you, but before we get to all of that can you take a minute to introduce yourself and give our readers some of your back background and context?

The worked that I do is purpose but it was developed and forced from pain through fear. I was held back in many areas because I was afraid of what was next after seeing the vision of it, afraid of what people would think once the vision was released, would they receive me? After sitting with so many of these emotions I realized sitting with them meant I hadn’t moved forward with anything, I looked in the mirror one day and said put loud “Girl, just be fearless and do it”, and that is how Girl, Be Fearless was birthed…right in the face of fear. Now I help women to strategize, be bold and make moves in the face of fear. I achieve these things through speaking and coaching in areas that I have both failed and succeeded at. I create what I need/needed and I share it with others to help them be greater, which is also how my custom earring business was formed, a need I had became a solution I would share with others.

We’d love to hear the story of how you built up your social media audience?

Needing to build my audience on social media and having a fear of presenting myself to others caused an extreme game of tug of war within me, but once I closed my eyes and took a leap I landed on an abundance of support. I was going live 5 days a week doing what I’m called to do and that is to build and empower others. I showed up daily as my authentic self, I put away the tormenting need to have the perfect conditions and I just showed up, consistently and in the face of fear. Once this happened, fear didn’t disappear but purpose stood up and walked me right past fear.

Any stories or insights that might help us understand how you’ve built such a strong reputation?

I believe my reputation in the .arket and with my audience has been my authenticity when I speak and teach as well as my unique pieces when I create. No matter which area you meet me in, you’re receiving me and no one else. I don’t try to match anyone’s style when I speak and I don’t try to duplicate anyone’s earrings when I create.
